Very good hotel. Big convenient room. Quiet in the rooms despite close location to the central station.

The breakfast was very good and varied, and you could order an egg breakfast. The service was excellent.

Very bad experience at this hotel. Will never stay here. Reception staff are very cold. The hotel room is directly facing railways and can hardly sleep over the night. Only credit give to the staff at the breakfast place, they are very friendly and helpful.

Great atmosphere with all the art in the hotel. Bed was very comfortable and clean. The location is also good, close to city centre and public transport as well as steps away from the train station.

Recommend for who have a train to take the next day, the location is not very Center, so not so continent. I don’t really like the train track view…

The location is not very near to the train station if you carry big luggage to walk around. It’s not inside the city as well but you can get to the city within 20 mins, so it’s acceptable. Room was spacious, bright and clean. The breakfast buffet selection is rather limited. However, they have the ala carte eggs menu free to order which saves the breakfast quality. Next, the negative points. The receptionist guy (in specs & suits) was not helpful (unfortunately, we didn’t get his name because the staff here do not wear name tags). We stayed for 3 nights and we asked the guy to help us book the rooftop bar and he failed to do so for every single night. First night he said it was fully booked and said it would be available the next day. Next day, he said the bar was fully booked again. Third day, he wasn’t around and we asked a friendly female receptionist to help check the availability and she successfully made the booking for us. We went up on our last night and the bar was pretty much empty. It was a disappointing service and experience from the reception guy considering the high level of customer service claimed by Andaz.

From check-in to check out this hotel was outstanding. Location was walking distance to the train station, very close to the Belvedere museum and it was about as far to the Schönbrunner Palace as other hotels in the city center. The whole staff were amazing, and the breakfast was really exceptional: delicious flavors and outstanding quality, selection and service, a true high point to the entire stay. But really, and by far the hero of the experience was Tomasz and his kind, attentive and professional team making the breakfast such a delightful and memorable experience. The guy really is a magnificent fellow! We cannot thank everyone involved for thier impeccable work enough!

Excellent overall experience! Very clean and modern hotel and restaurant. Very friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. I most certainly would stay here again!

We have a wonderful time at this hotel

It is just 10 mins slow walk from Vienna train station. Check in fast and smooth. My family room with 2 twins and 1 king beds in connecting room setting is super convenient for us. A modern and new decorated hotel. Rooms are gorgeous and roomy. Breakfast on ground floor with good choices and a la carte order menu which is complementary e.g. egg Benedict. Love the high class toiletries with Saint Charles Brand. I bought the body lotion and conditioner from the hotel with are specially formulated for the hotel. High recommend Andaz Vienna, the sky bar is very good view of the city.
