特別差，房間老舊，酒店施捨以及用品根本不是星級酒店的標準，要了幾瓶水，告訴我要收費，請問一晚7000多人民幣的房間還需要付水費？根本沒有服務可言，沒有水果，沒有幫你拿行李，水龍頭都是壞的，衹要一打開就是涼的，就這樣讓我住了四晚，房間沒有風景，差到極致

房間就是10年前的裝修了，該更新設施了，但酒店前台還是很重視客人的入住體驗，入住時有一晚隔壁房的12點還在大聲喧嘩，就直接打給前台投訴，後面半小時內隔壁房消停，後來前台主動問起此事有沒有影響入住體驗，衹能説沒有是假的，衹是他們前台對過分的事情零容忍，主動制止解決問題的實操點贊。

Excelenete hotel y ubication inmejorable: Tienen muy buen servicio, el edificio, aunque es muy antiguo, lo conservan moderno y todo es de primer nivel. El desayuno es maravilloso. Cene un día en el hotel y tiene excellente cocina con mucha variedad. Su bar es muy agradable.

muy limpio el hotel el personal muy accesible y amistosos nos encanto el servicio y la ubicacion, la cama muy comoda y las instalaciones muy modernas.. el servicio del conserge muy buena ayudandonos con reservaciones de restaurantes y recomenando lugares

Desde que empiezas a llegar a Am Hof y visualizas lo majestuoso que es este hotel ya sabes lo que te espera dentro. Los materiales, la gentileza del staff, lo clásico de su fachada, la historia detrás de su arquitectura. La habitación un lujo total. Dos lavamanos, una ducha del tamaño de mi casa, una cama de la que no te quieres mover. Sin duda un must en esta ciudad. Gracias a todo el staff de recepción y housekeepping por su hospitalidad.

Hotel urbano de lujo, situado en la Mejor zona de Viena. Habitaciones nivel top estilo las de los Four Seasons, completisimas. Desayuno de nivel 10, veo imposible mejorarlo y en un salón espectacular. Muy muy amable todo el personal. Para volver

La mejor ubicacion, el hotel super bonito y elegante, muy buen servicio. Todo muy bien. No utilicé el desayuno buffet pero si el cafe que da a la calle. Esta bien. El bar tiene muy buenas cocteles. La habitacion de buen tamaño y muy limpia.

⸻ Perfect location. This hotel, transformed from an old bank building, was incredibly impressive. The breakfast was exceptional—truly top-quality food. Thanks to a Globalist upgrade, we were able to stay in a suite, which made this trip an unforgettable memory of a lifetime. The hotel staff were also extremely kind and helpful. My husband twisted his ankle after a fall in the hotel, and we needed some assistance. The staff brought us ice packs every night, which we truly appreciated. This is a luxury hotel I will never forget, and I will definitely return again someday.
