Simply a very nice place to stay in; comfortable, very pleasant-looking, equipped with everything we needed, quiet (great noise insulation between both apartments and individual rooms) and in a good location (not too central, not too far away, we could walk or take the subway for 2 stations to Stephansdom), with plenty of good restaurants around. Since we used the bed and both the couches for sleeping, we would have liked something like an armchair for just chilling and reading a book. However the courtyard was a great alternative, so really not much of an issue. :)

It was 9 degrees in the apartment because the hotel wants to be "eco friendly". There is nothing to warm the place, I had to buy my own. No table or chairs to sit at to have a proper dinner, or to use my laptop No warm water in the shower for the last couple of days Stay away from this place

Great location, few minutes from Prater, easy access form/to airport with the S7 train and also close to metro station.
The apartment is very clean and nice, equiped with everything you need.
Check-in process is very simple you get a code and just let yourself in.

The apartments are new-build, coming onto the market in Aug 23, being a former hotel now converted into luxury apartments.
They are very tastefully furnished, with modern lighting, REAL plants and lots of comforts.
The balcony was fantastic. I would recommend choosing the balcony option if you can.
Easy walking access to local transport options.
Brigitte is a very good hostess.
