Esperienza eccellente in coppia. Prenotato 4 notti presso questo Hotel per me e la mia ragazza, e devo dire che ne siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Punti a favore: - Camere nuove, pulite, spaziose (noi avevamo la standard e si stava benissimo), controllo temperatura direttamente dall'interno, condizionatore efficentissimo ed intuitivo, doccia ampia, minibar, cassaforte e tablet da cui controllare la TV e altre funzioni. - Posizione strategica a dir poco, davanti la fermata della Metro U1 che arriva in centro in 15 Min, bus e tram. - Tranquillità. Camere insonorizzate perfettamente, non abbiamo sentito un minimo rumore né dall'esterno, né dal corridoio, né dalle altre camere, aspetto che ho apprezzato moltissimo avendo il sonno leggero. - Palestra, seppur piccola, essenziale ed adatta ad un breve workout per chi non volesse priv****ne anche in vacanza. - Refill acqua infinito alle fontanelle in reception, anche se a detta dello staff l'acqua dei rubinetti di Vienna è potabile. Lati negativi: Anche se la nostra esperienza resta da 5 stelle, credo sia giusto sottolineare alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere questo hotel impeccabile. - Colazione: 21€ a testa è una follia, non so cosa offrissero ma a quelle cifre nemmeno mangiando all'Hotel Sacher in centro. - Ascensori: utilizzabili solamente scannerizzando la tessere della propria camera, metodo sicuramente intelligente per evitare intrusi nell'hotel, ma a volte scomodo e malfunzionante, e in generale gli ascensori funzionano un po' macchinosamente. - Mancanza di un armadio in camera di qualche cassetto, seppure abbiamo apprezzato molto quella sorta di appendiabiti a cielo aperto all'ingresso. - Staff pulizie scortese al checkout: nonostante alla reception ci avessero detto che il checkout fosse possibile fino alle 12, già dalle 9 una signora delle pulizie è venuta a bussarci, ripetendo poi verso le 10, anche dopo averle detto che eravamo in fase di uscita e avremmo liberato la stanza per tempo. - Connessione alla TV: nonostante avessimo seguito la guida per connettere il telefono alla TV tramite Miracast, non ci ha funzionato nulla, abbiamo riprovato più volte ma niente, avremmo potuto domandare in reception ma alla fine non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno.

A great place to stay if you are young (either in terms of age or spirit) and willing to mingle around. I stayed for the European Geoscience Union meeting period for a whole week, and many people are also going to the same conference here - young, early-career professionals. It essentially became a secondary networking space for us, and its location is fantastic. Far better than a hostel yet it gives all the young qualities that a hostel has. If you are travelling solo, it is especially great to meet people (like in a hostel) but also keeps up the quality of your down time (instead of being in a crowded hostel space). One improvement suggestion might be to install air refresher inside the rooms, which are 'climate-controlled' and hence internally ventilated (and somewhat noisy!). Quality of air was sometimes questionable.

Muy buena recepción con todo muy organizado y atención rápida. Habitación bastante amplia y muy cómoda, con espacios adecuados para una pareja. Cama confortable y ducha tb. Lo único que era bañera, y a mí me gusta más box ducha (por ser más práctico mismo). Buena localización y muy fácil acceder al centro

Overall ok for one night, good value for money. May really like if you are a true back packer. Location was a bit sketchier than I expected but the hotel is on a corner and easy to spot. You need a key card to get into the hotel or you have to buzz for the front desk person to let you in. Checkin and checkout was easy. You have to put down a €2 deposit for the key card that you get back after you checkout and return the key. I was placed in a full room, upper bunk, assume it’s mostly because it’s still a bit of summer travel. The main room was a bit dirty, mostly the floor but minor (could be due to the ladies in the room, not sure how long they had been there). Each bunk had two sockets for charging digital items, one usb port, a shelf, a night light, one pillow with case and one duvet with cover but not an addition sheet for the bed mattress. I liked the privacy curtain as well. Only thing that was a major negative was the heat, this is Europe so they did not have any air con. They did provide a small fan, it helped to move air but not much else in such a large room. The toilet was cleaner than I expected and I didn’t used the shower, so I can’t review that part.

Hemos sido tres adultos alojados en un apartamento, las vistas fantásticas, muy amplio y luminoso. el sofá cama es igual de cómodo que las camas fijas, muy limpio, y muy bien equipado. Está insonorizado perfectamente para garantizar el descanso. Caminando a la Catedral unos 15 minutos, muchos restaurantes en la zona, supermercado bien surtido a pocos metros, tranvía en la misma puerta y metro y bus muy cerquita. El personal realmente atento y disponible, sin un duda un gran sitio para volver. Muy recomendable para familias sobre todo la opción del apartamento, no hay servicio de limpieza diaria pero ofrecen la posibilidad de solicitar más toallas en caso necesario.

si bien la oferta una habitacion superior , al llegar era el altillo m uy amplio eso si , sin ningun placard o lugar donde poner valijas . y solo banquetas superincomodas y un escritorio chico y una mesa redonda tambien pequeña . Tuve que pedir dos sillas para poder sent**** y reposar un rato sino era la cama o el piso . Cochera ultra estrecha pero entré con una SUV sin problema. Agradezco la atencion de NIKOL, MILOS, MARIO Y BOHDAN, PARA comprendernos en nuestro español y con esfuerzo a mi ingles. Fueron muy atentos, al dejarme llevar dos sillas a la habitacion . Desde luego la vista del altillo muy buena pero dejar valijas en el piso para gente grande como nosotros incomodo.

The rooms at the Regina range wildly from small, dark, and dated to truly luxurious, with high ceilings, sumptuous decorations, and beautiful views of the Votivkirche. If you can get a room with windows towards the church, you'll absolutely love watching its colors change as the sun rises and sets, seeing people milling through the square. No matter what you think of your room, you'll enjoy being able to walk to the Ring, and, if you're a ”walker” by nature, anywhere in the first district. I appreciate the location between the university and the inner city.

El hotel para trabajar está bien ubicado y tiene todo lo necesario. El desayuno es muy bueno, las habitaciones silenciosas y de buen espacio. Pero necesita urgente de una renovación y un cambio de diseño. Los muebles, camas y toda la decoración es horrible y del peor gusto imaginable. Consigan un buen diseñador y lleven el hotel a un correo nivel de 4*S. Hoy no lo es...

Excelente ubicación y estancia en general. Limpieza impecable. Personal muy amable y atento. Desayuno muy bueno tipo buffet con opción de tortilla/ huevos fuera del buffet. Una noche cenamos en el restaurante del hotel pero no nos convenció, la comida nada del otro mundo , tardaron mucho en servirnos y una de las camareras dejo caer la botella de agua mineral (8,50€) y se vertió bastante. Al pagar la cena no nos habían descontado la botella ni nos ofrecieron otra pequeña para suplir lo que la camarera había derramado. No me pareció correcto. A parte de este pequeño percance , sin duda volveria a repetir mi estancia allí.

Nuestra habitación es muy amplia. El suelo es de agradable moqueta. Servicio de limpieza muy correcto. El salón para el desayuno es amplio con gran surtido de productos austriacos que van reponiendo constantemente además de tener zumo natural. Dejamos las maletas a las 9h sin poder entrar a la habitación hasta mínimo las 15h, en nuestro caso nos fuimos hasta las 23h y no hubo ningún problema por lo tanto es perfecto para llegar y hacer turismo sin preocupaciones. El hotel está un poco alejado de la estación de metro (9 minutos andando).
