Holiday Inn Express & Suites Youngstown N (Warren/Niles)

The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and provided amazing customer service. They allowed me to stay past check out time for a business meeting I was having.

Very clean mid range priced hotel. Bed was comfortable. Toiletries are attached to the wall (all are Dove products). There is a small flat screen tv on dresser. Front desk was very friendly. Breakfast wasn’t great. The hotel is located off of 80 so it was a very convenient place to stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and the bathroom was sparkling. I loved the nightlight in the bathroom. We were in a room that had a whirlpool tub. I also liked the night stand connections for our electronics. The breakfast was also very nice.

Thank you to eveyone at the HIE Niles Ohio from the bottom of my heart! We were there for our father's funeral - and everyone from out of town stayed. You allowed us a lot of space to gather and grieve - and we truly appreciate it. The late check outs for famiily who had late flights out of CLE were also greatly appreciated. Thank you for your kindness and compassion during a most difficult time. You all went above & beyond - and that difficult to find these days. Please thank Tracy, Chris and I am sorry - I have forgotten her name - but the very sweet lady who takes care of breakfast. We are grateful!

I travel the Midwest for work. I am a high level Marriot Bonvoy member but whenever I come to this area I choose this hotel. You would never guess you are only at a Holiday Inn Express. Common areas are well kept and clean. Rooms are a little dated but extremely clean and tidy. Best part is the pool and hot tub area. Extremely clean and nice area to relax. Hot tub is absolutely wonderful.

If you complain you will be barred from staying here in the future. This hotel is independently owned. Basically the hotel can do whatever it wants and you as the consumer have no rights. With so many beautiful, higher rated hotels in the area do not stay here. The hotel only likes customers who give glowing reviews. It’s very odd and a very strange business model.

The worst customer service!!!!!!! We have stayed at this hotel numerous times when visiting Warren Ohio and never have had a problem. Made a reservation for 2 queen beds, standard room, I was traveling with my husband and adult daughter. We arrived after 10 PM for our reservation. Upon check in the clerk did not tell us our room was changed to a king bed and pull out sofa as well as informed us that the elevator was not working and we had to carry our luggage up the flight of steps to our room. When arriving in our room we find out that we did not have the right room type. I approached the clerk and she told me I did not book that type a room but a general reservation. I showed her my email, which indicated a standard room with two queen beds. She told me I could cancel but I said no because we were exhausted from our 9 hour drive and we had no where else to go. Our room had torn curtains, when walking in the room in socks, my husbands feet were black. The jets in the jacuzzi tub were dirty. The following morning I complained to the manager about the wrong reservation and she stated their computer system had a clinch and that was a common problem, I asked to switch rooms for that night's stay and she stated she had no other rooms available. I again showed the manager my email confirmation and requested some compensation and she told me that she would not give us any compensation because I reserved the wrong room when first talking to me, she stated their was a clinch in the computer system. I then complained about the poor costumer service and she told me to check out. I was dumbfounded and stated I had a family function and had no other place to stay at that given moment and had to leave for an appointment. Upon return, the manager called us and refunded the first night stay and told us we had to leave. We. made a reservation across the street at the Hampton Inn and had wonderful service.

Wow! All businesses should treat their customers as we were treated. It was obvious at check-in that this hotel was special, and the staff takes great pride in their work. Ice cream and cookies for snacks, clean room, great shower, and wonderful breakfast. The breakfast selection was outstanding, and kept very clean and stocked. Everyone was so friendly. Nice pond in the back, and very convenient to shopping. Congratulations for the outstanding customer service!
