La habitación está muy limpia, pero algunos equipos son un poco viejos (como el hervidor de agua), en ese momento vivía en un primer piso y había un estacionamiento afuera, era un poco incómodo, pero todo lo demás estaba bien. El servicio de recepción fue muy bueno.

Great location to walk everywhere downtown. All the amenities you’d want, whether with family or solo. Friendly staff Clive’s is great! Stayed many times and always my go to when available!

I was in Victoria for a conference at the Conference Center, and Chateau Victoria's location couldn't have been better! Perfect walking distance with great stops for coffee, lunch, or dinner along the way. The Chateau staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with all questions I had and you HAVE to visit the restaurant, Vista 18. There isn't a bad seat in the house with windows overlooking the town in all directions. My server, Scott, gave a fantastic dinner choice (halibut) which ranks in one of the top 10 meals I've ever had! Excellent wine and cocktail choices as well as desserts - as tasty as they are visually delightful. My room had everything I needed including a Nespresso and a small fridge. I WILL BE BACK! 5 stars.

The location was lovely and the staff were very professional and friendly the lobby was nicely appointed and the restaurant was amazing.  I was put in a room on one of the lower floors that seemed a bit older and looked out into a garden or some kind.  The room I was given was directly opposite the elevator, and the noise was incredible from the hall and from the laundry facility above. The bed was comfortable, if a little too firm for my taste, but clean.  If I were to stay again I would request a different room for sure. The elevators were also mostly out of service resulting in long waits to get anywhere. I gave up and took the stairs twice.  It would also be nice if there was a drinks machine with the ice as I would have loved something besides coffee or tea.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough! Every staff we met greeted us with smiles and were all always ready to help. Location can't be beat as it's accessible from the waterfront.

Great hotel. Privately owned in fab location. Service was great. Staff were friendly and pool and hot tub were great.

Very nice hotel just a couple of minutes from main harbour . Good restaurants and shopping near by.

Great location with reasonable price！Downside of the hotel, is that parking fee not included have to pay extra $21 per night !

Great location, just around the corner of bus stops that brings you to basically anywhere in Victoria. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. We had to leave our bags with them before and after checking in/out, the hotel has a designated storage room to keep our belongings securely. Room is spacious with a mini bar and basic kitchen appliances (they have a microwave in the room!). Our room had a balcony with fascinating views. TV in both the living room area and inside the bedroom. Whole-body mirrored wardrobes are very useful too. The rooftop lounge allows you stunning views of the city of Victoria.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent. Most major attraction is within walking distance.
