Great location, clean rooms. Got the signature harbor view room and view is as described.

This hotel is in a great location making it easy to explore Beacon Hill, the inner harbour, Government Street and all the other sights of Victoria. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Leisure facilities were also of a high standard. 

What a delight! The room was spotless, the furnishings well-made, and the room quiet - even the HVAC! The views at night of the lit-up Parliament building and harbor were wonderful. The food at the restaurant included novel and delicious items served next to a fireplace.

Hotel provided early in service to us which allowed us to rest early after a long day of travelling. Amenities were good, but it got busy during the evenings on weekdays and weekends in general. The room was fine, some outlet plugs did not seem to work. Housekeeping was completed in the morning.

The grat stay . The only negative point was that it didn't have a breakfast buffet.

Top notch service. Corner suite on the 6th floor had a killer view of the harbor and parliament building. Walking distance from restaurant and the BC museum. Really appreciated having a sitting space separate from the bedroom.  Everything was very nice but room not newly remodeled.  Nonetheless,  looking forward to an opportunity to stay there again.  Major flaw was the pool, sauna area was part of an attached gym. Not the spa experience I had hoped for.

The view was really great, I will definitely visit again this room.

The location is perfect for enjoying the view and the nearby surroundings.

The room was a bit cramped, lacking a second bedside table, and the bathroom was very tight. The bed and bedding were excellent. It is nice to find a choice of thick and thinner pillows. The Courtyard cafe needs more seating. The parking fee was high. A few negatives but they are mostly outweighed by the excellent downtown location within walking distance of everything we had planned to see and do. We would probably book this hotel again and would recommend it to friends.

Run, don't walk away from this hotel. They are not honorable. I don't even think they are Canadian. They certainly don't act like it. There was a screw up in my reservation. The booking manager called me back and said, "with regards to your reservation I'm just letting you know that these reservation was made online and it synced directly into the system so it was with a third party booking so it came as an active booking until yesterday so if you have any issues with the booking you have to contact or go back to the same channel where you book" ... well I called trip.com who were wonderfully understanding and thought they could back out the reservation and make it for the proper night but the hotel didn't allow it. Even after trip.com thought it could be done. This place is way way over priced for what it is, and there are plenty of other hotels in the vicinity that offer a much better deal. The seven people that we have staying at the hotel heard about my ordeal and will never book here again.

A quick staycation to relax and soak in the hot tub and float in the pool. Great place to recharge the batteries before starting a new job on Monday.
