En mi opinión, el desayuno es más que correcto y las críticas que se han hecho me parecen tan apretadas para buscar defectos. Fui testigo de una situación en la que el cliente no le gustaba el segundo y el personal se preocupaba por ofrecer una alternativa que el cliente rechazó. , esto demostrar que están muy atentos a las necesidades de los clientes. Limpieza excelente, cambio de toallas diarias, cosas que ya no existe en ningún hotel. La organización de la zona, el aparcamiento amplio y la proximidad a la estructura también son una atención al bienestar de la clientela."

"Unfortunately and reluctantly, I find myself giving two stars, only for the cleanliness of the apartment, the tranquility of the Resort, and Roberta's kindness. Everything else needs to be reviewed, starting with the cleanliness of the bathroom in the bar next to the pool (for a Resort that defines itself as such, the lack of hygiene in the bathroom itself is inconceivable) and the great desire to work and friendliness of the girls at the bar (obviously, this is meant ironically). When I asked for wine, they turned up their noses because you had to go two meters to get it from the restaurant (to which I said, forget it, what a shame... as if it were free...). Another flaw: we wanted to have lunch in the restaurant, but we couldn't do it because there were guests, we had to go outside to do so. On occasions like these, I wonder... is it so difficult to organize even simple appetizers and bring them to the bar? Just asking? It's a real shame. I'm writing, but it's the common opinion of the whole group."
