I’m very disappointed that there was absolutely no mention of the major renovation going on there. It was a MESS!
The airport transportation was horrible. I waited over a half hour. They could not explain where I was supposed to wait for the shuttle. They never told me that the shuttle would take so long to arrive (when they are less than 2 miles from the airport). The van was so beat down and the driver said that some doors didn’t work.
We did get a renovated room but the fridge wasn’t working and my husband discovered it wasn’t plugged in and had to move furniture to get to the plug. Then when he plugged it in by morning everything was frozen.
I have never had such a poor experience at a holiday inn express. I’m a gold member. It will really make me hesitant to go to one again.
