Muy buen servicio. Después de llegar, me pasaron a una suite grande gratis. Hay un supermercado enfrente. Puedes comprar y cocinar tu propia comida. La cocina está totalmente equipada. Canille en la recepción es muy paciente y amable. Es una muy buena experiencia aloj**** aquí.

Es una buena idea dormir y estacionar su coche en Versailles si desea visitar el Chateau y París (puede llegar fácilmente a París desde la estación justo delante del hotel) pero DO solicita una habitación frente al RÉPRESO del hotel. Nos encontramos en el tercer piso frente al restaurante abajo y no dormimos en la primera noche (la gente se reúne fuera toda la noche gritando y gritando). La segunda noche a las 2 de la mañana, bajé a la recepción y pidió que le diera otra habitación porque el ruido era insoportable. Me ofrecieron inmediatamente otra habitación. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas (IBIS en Francia) pero convenientes. El desayuno fue bueno durante el fin de semana, terrible el lunes que dejamos (la mitad de las cosas que habían sido ofrecidas antes no estaban disponibles).

La ubicación es muy buena, hay un pequeño jardín cerca, un centro de servicio público, el personal de servicio es muy entusiasta. El jefe es chino.

Was visiting Paris to watch the tennis at Roland Garros. The hotel is reasonably priced for the amenities/time of the year. Breakfast was pretty good and front desk was very helpful with the multitude of questions (with some good hearted banter at a point) given my first time in Paris. Bonus brownie points for the pre-printed directions/travel options to get to Roland Garros which was at a very walkable distance and simple.

Hoteles en El Hotel: Este hotel es muy limpio, está muy tranquilo y el personal es muy agradable (la directora me puso incluso mis botellas de agua en el refrigerador del hotel para que el día siguiente sea frío). Pequeño bemol no hay red telefónica en las habitaciones ...par frente al wifi del hotel es níquel! En resumen, muy buena relación calidad precio con los hoteles mitos, sales y más baratos que se encuentran en París ... Regresaré con los ojos cerrados.

Eh bien, nous avons passé 3 jours dans cet appartement, je le conseil vivement. Propreté, insonorisation, parking et je rajoute propreté car pour ma part c’est le principal critère que je recherche. Petit déjeuner amplement suffisant et très varié. Le personnel est très à l’écoute et n’hésite pas à prendre un peu de temps pour leur clientèle. Personnels aux petits soins avec leur clientèle. Le seul bémol c’est l’odeur des égouts mais d’après ce que j’ai remarqué c’est sur tout le site . Juste cette partie à améliorer le reste est TOP. Enfin un vrai 3 étoiles. Merci pour tout.

El apartamento tenía una mochila sucia, la cuchara estaba colgando, la lavada no estaba completamente vacía, mucha polvo en los muebles (pies de mesa, y sillas, televisión), faltaba la cuchara, apartamento mal insonorizado: Se oye el vecino que ponga la televisión, los talones de la persona de la recepción, las fiestas de los estudiantes de la residencia estudiante vecina. Un componente de rueda podría haber sido instalado para una mayor seguridad en este nivel. El aspirador estaba lleno, con el moisi la residencia es bastante nuevo bien recibido sin más se ha señalado una ampolla grillada que se ha cambiado en el día: Gracias al agente de mantenimiento

Rented a suite and there's not even a closet to store your clothes. There is just 4 poor hangers for hanging shirts and dresses. In order to get an iron and an iron board, I had to go down to the front desk since nobody was answering the phone… Right in the middle of the shower, the water becomes suddenly boiling hot. Thinking the mixer was broken, I tried the water in the sink and I had the same issue: just no cold water at all anymore. Of course, this happens right in the middle of the shower. Called the front desk, but nobody was answering, while it was just late afternoon. The problem happened again the day after. The day of the departure, I left around 4.30am in order to go to the airport, and the garage door didn't open. There is no button to call the front desk, therefore I had to leave my car on the ramp and go walk to the front desk in order to ask for the door to be opened. The front desk man said ”oh, I though it would open by itself…” Coming back from the ride around 6am, I tried to call the front desk to get a taxi booking, but nobody answered the phone. I went down in the lobby and the hotel was literally empty. I went back to my room, tried again to call and after 10 minutes somebody picked-up the phone. I told him ”if you're asked by the taxi company where am I going, just tell them destination ABC”. To which he replied ”oh, you can tell the driver yourself when they will ask”. Clearly not listening. The day before leaving, I went to the bar for a dinner since there restaurant was closed… I ordered some food that was brought to me in a pot that was being opened right in front of me and just put in the plate. Just like that, in the pot with the branding and the list of ingredients… I ordered a cold cut plate and it was clearly not fresh at all: the camp was as hard as skin and discolored on the sides, the sauces were discolored as well, the cheese slices were glued one to another. The service is given to kids who have no sense of class or refinement, and they're not even shaved. The lamp that goes from the bar to the outside (which is located inside the bar) is covered with a massive spider net from. As compensation for the cold cut board, I was given a bottle of cheap Bordeaux.

Excelente confort en la habitación, servicio de excelencia (Sr. Gilles muy amable y también italiano-pretendido, muy apreciado!), muy buena posición para llegar al Palacio de Versailles, cerca de la estación de trenes pero cualquier ruido de los trenes. Muy bueno desayuno, con una bonita vista al río superior. Muy contento de mi estancia!
