El desayuno es normalito y el ambiente es muy bueno. La puerta es la orilla del mar. El restaurante está a solo unos minutos en coche. Muchos restaurantes en diferentes países recomiendan un restaurante japonés al costado de la carretera. Comida japonesa muy al estilo americano.

¡El personal es muy amable y se encuentra a la altura de la llamada de servicio para asegurarse de que tenga una estancia cómoda. La habitación era limpia y espaciosa, pero el resort muestra un poco de traje y lágrimas desde la edad. El servidor de desayuno fue excelente. El hotel podría utilizar algunas actualizaciones, especialmente en comparación con el Holiday Inn Express. No hay instalaciones de lavandería en el lugar, aunque puedes ir al HI Express para usar su lavavajillas y secador único!

Not a great start at this hotel. I had reserved a two queen suite with a jetted tub and a ”patio” I was told that ”patios” were on the first three floors. Upon arrival we were given a standard two queen room with a harbor view. When I called the front desk to inquire about the difference, I was told by the unfriendly and unhelpful front desk clerk Rebecca that the room we were in was what the computer said we had reserved. I was also told there was no manager working. I called reservations and they told me the reservation had been changed but could not see by whom. The beds were very comfortable and the fridge and microwave were nice and good quality. The harbor view was ok, but it is just a boat parking lot. Yes it is nicer than looking at the parking lot I suppose. The next morning I talked to a manager who said that contrary to what I'd been told by Rebecca, that the room I had reserved was available and that we could move, but that the room we were in was nicer. She waited our parking fee for the issues we delt with. So on the pluse side, comfortable bed an OK view and nice appliances. On the minus side an old building a reservation screw up and an unfriendly and unhelpful staff member Rebecca. I will have to give serious thought as to if I will stay here again. I am looking for a good hotel in Ventura as my grandchildren are there
