En general, es una buena experiencia. Hay un impuesto de la ciudad por persona por noche que se añade y sólo puede pagar en efectivo que fue inconveniente. Hay té/cafe proporcionado en la habitación, sin embargo, también se cargan para rellenarlos si usas cualquiera. El desayuno es un extra de 5 € por persona y el desayuno dura menos de 3 horas (7am-9:45am) que es un poco incómodo si quieres dormir o si tienes que levantarse temprano. La habitación es muy pequeña y es muy pequeña para comer alrededor del perímetro de la cama. El baño está bien grande, sin embargo, el duche no tenía una puerta, así que las piscinas de agua se desplazan hacia el suelo a menos que se ahogue cerca de la cabeza del duche y incluso entonces ... La mayoría de las cosas que se conceden en la isla de Lido se cierran temprano y muchos de ellos están temporalmente cerrados pero todavía marcados como abiertos en mapas de Google. The hotel is really quirky with an artistic tiled and colourful exterior and a movie theme (linked to the Venice film festival which is held on the Lido nearby). The staff are really friendly and authentic but not super efficient. We actually find this relaxing, part of the charm preferring this over highly attentive staff. There are two restaurants. The rooftop restaurant has great views of Piazza San Marco just a few miles in the distance. We didn’t eat there preferring the more traditional Italian food in the ground floor restaurant which was very good. The local wine recommendation was also very good. Breakfast was served in a light, airy and colourful breakfast room. I particularly appreciated the freshly squeezed orange juice which for some unfathomable reason is not offered in some more expensive hotels! For me this is a sign of quality. A fantastic selection of fresh fruits and pastries were provided, as well as cooked items - I had the scrambled eggs and bacon (more like pancetta). We really enjoyed the breakfast options but there’s no full English options if that’s your thing. We booked a Spa package which was excellent value. The therapists were very friendly and professional. The 100 minute massage was a highlight for me. My wife very much enjoyed the facial, particularly that the therapist didn’t just disappear when the mask was applied but continued to massage the body. My wife is not a stranger to regular facial and noted that the products were high quality but that there was just as much attention to massaging the whole body rather than just facial massage. Just a point of difference to be aware of if you’re used to more traditional facials. I considered when booking that a 2 hour slot for the Spa facilities may be restrictive but unlike some spas which have outside views this spa was in the basement, very nice, but 2 hours was sufficient. The Spa itself has steam rooms, saunas, a relax room and showers. The Spa is better than many hotel spas I have been in and probably the best iI have experienced in this price range. Highlights for me was the large Jacuzzi which was more like a hydrotherapy massage pool, and a good size sauna with a three stage cold mist shower. Very welcome after the sauna. The Lido itself is quite laid back with amazing beaches. When we visit Venice again we may well stay on the Lido and purchase a weekly ACTV water bus pass. What we now realise is that this would be a great way to see and visit the whole of Venice. In summary, at the price point, the Spa package and hotel exceeded expectations. We’d definitely go back.

Hotel pintoresco con una ubicación maravillosa! Mi habitación en el segundo piso tenía una linda vista y era muy tranquila. Tamaño perfecto para un hotel europeo. El personal fue muy amable. Mi habitación estaba limpia y me encantaron las grandes ventanas con manivela para abrirlas. La ubicación del hotel estaba justo al lado de la calle principal con todos los restaurantes y tiendas. Y la playa era un paseo agradable, pero con una vista maravillosa.

El hotel está situado a pocos pasos de la cena, el mercado de la comida y el Vaporetto. El barrio es seguro, tranquilo e idílico. Si visitas en la temporada alta, deja a la multitud y el ruido de vuelta a San Marco. El hotel de Lido es un lugar para tranquilidad y relajación. La habitación era limpia y segura, y el mantenimiento diario era ”Cinco estrellas”. No puedo dejar de decir a la gente lo cómodo que era la matriz. Quiero una para mi propia casa, pero encuentro que, hecho en Italia, -- obtener una es aún, sólo no es posible. Volveré al Hotel Biasutti de nuevo y de nuevo.

Very good location hotel, nice classic style hotel. Room was ok for a base for city travels, short walk to transport and facilities. Breakfast was basic continental but good for the price. Staff friendly and always helpful, hotel nice and clean and well kept, would highly recommend for a stay

The worst hotel I have ever been to. I came here with my family to celebrate my 18th birthday. I arrived the day before my birthday, shortly after checking in I attempted to connect to their wifi since I needed to RESVP to confirm I will be attending my high school graduation before the deadline which was the next day… this is when I noticed the wifi dose not work. I brought this to the attention of the front desk lady at 11am she said around it will be on by 3pm at the latest.. 3pm comes and still no wifi. I tell the lady I would like a refund now and will change hotels and she assures me it will be on by tomorrow morning (the deadline for my graduation and my 18th birthday) and states that the entire island had no wifi at the moment (which I later found out was a complete lie). She says she will be the one working tomorrow and if the wifi is not on by then she will refund my family for the full 3 nights we have booked… The next day arrives (my 18th birthday) and still no wifi, I am unable to see birthday wishes from friends and family and now will not be able to attend my high school graduation since I didn’t have access to wifi to RESVP by the deadline. I go to the front desk to see the lady is infact not working and she had lied, instead there is a man working. I explain the situation to him and what the previous receptionist had said… he refuses to do anything and is overall very rude. Finally he tells us we can have a refund and the only way for a refund is through the website so we agree to this and check out of our three night stay after the first night, to a different, cleaner and waterfront hotel which was extremely accommodating. Our new hotel actually informed me that they have had no issues with wifi when Albergó hotel said the entire island was having wifi issues… which is when I then realized I had been being lied to. Also in another review the hotels response is that the wifi came back on the day we left… this is not true we had booked 2 rooms with them and only canceled one for the better hotel we switched to, so our other family members were still at the Albergo hotel. Our family members who were still there informed us they didn’t have wifi the entire 3 day duration of their stay. It is extremely unfortunate the lack of respect and honesty the workers at Albergó have for their guests, it was a really sad birthday finding out I cannot attend my high school graduation, on a day that was meant to be so special. Once we arrived home from our vacation we tried to set up the refund both workers guaranteed us.. it’s has been almost a year and we have reached out many times for a refund yet we have received nothing despite their promises. Do not advertise you have wifi if you do not, and if there is an issue with a feature you claim to have it is your duty to accommodate the customer. The hotel was also underwhelming and dusty, I could go on but this review is about their lack of costumer service and straight out lies.
