Por decir algo diria la habitacion un poco pequeña, por lo demas estupendo tanto el servicio, como la terraza en el atico y sobre todo la situacion inmejorable con vistas gran canal y frente al servicio de vaporeto.

He estado en algunos NH, pero este es sin duda el mejor. Puede ser que el sitio le de un encanto adicional, pero el hotel tiene todas las características de un 5 estrellas. Los espacios muy acogedores, la habitación cuenta con todo lo necesario y mucho más. Volvería sin pensarlo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights here. The hotel is beautiful and full of history. The room was of a good size, with a comfortable bed and a fantastic bathroom. (Make sure you’re comfortable with your companion, as the bathroom has a glass wall!). The breakfast was amazing, with delicious fresh options. Every member of the team we spoke with was friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for activities and checking on our stay. The location is ideal, a few minutes from the Lido transport stop. With direct access to the airport and to the main sights of Venice. There’s plenty of quality restaurants and bars close by, as well as at the hotel itself. Couldn’t rate this hotel higher, and we shall definitely return!

The hotel is perfectly placed if you want the beach as it is opposite a fabulous public/free beach but with the option to purchase umbrellas, food, drinks etc if you want. You have a view of the beach/sea at breakfast. Also the roof terrace has sea views one way and sunset views the other which is fab! Claudio who serves at the roof terrace is an absolute joy. Reception is 24hours and staff were friendly and helpful. It's a 20 minute walk to the waterbus stop which takes you to Venice, Murano etc but the walk to the stop is alongside the sea or the Venice lagoon so is pretty special. We bought a weekly ticket for the waterbus to Venice etc at 65€ each which we thought worked out to be good value. There is a fabulous pool area nearby and 'pay for' beach which is pricey but we thought pretty good value at 12€ each for a sunbed without an umbrella at the pool or 48€ for two with padded sunbed, umbrella and table. There's a nice snack bar so you can stay all day. If you want the 'best of both worlds' Lido is ideal. We loved the calm after a busy morning exploring and sightseeing and an afternoon on the beach or by the pool was perfect for us. At first I was disappointed there were shutters at the windows and no view but it got very hot so I was glad of the air con and shutters on returning from sightseeing. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. If you want sea views pay the extra. Breakfast was a help yourself buffet with lots of choice. Overall we were very happy with our stay. Tips: sit on a bench and watch the sun set over Venice/Venice lagoon. Visit Claudio on the roof terrace and enjoy a drink (and snacks) with a view.

Se tarda unos seis o siete minutos a pie desde Mestre. Es muy conveniente ir a la isla principal en tren, autobús o autobús del aeropuerto. La habitación está limpia y ordenada, la decoración es moderna y sencilla y, lo más importante, ¡el precio es económico! El aparthotel tiene una cocina muy completa con todos los utensilios e incluso lavavajillas, ¡lo cual es una sorpresa! Puedes cocinar tus propias comidas o ir a comer a restaurantes cercanos, lo cual es muy flexible. Muy rentable. ¡recomendar! ! !

No fue una gran visita para nosotros. Recién llegamos a nuestro hotel cuando vimos una fuga de agua del aire acondicionado y un ruido fuerte de electricidad. Llamamos a recepción y vino un hombre a ”arreglarlo”. Fuimos a hacer una visita y el mismo día que volvimos, volvió a suceder. Otra vez vino alguien a arreglarlo, pero no pudieron hacer nada con el ruido. También nos dijeron que no podían darnos una habitación diferente porque ”están llenos”, pero cuando vieron nuestra insatisfacción, de repente nos encontraron una habitación diferente... 🙃 La zona (Mestre) parece peligrosa, llena de inmigrantes del este. Especialmente por la noche, no te sientes seguro.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, justo delante de la estación de tren y la parada de bus que te llevan a Venecia. La habitación que nos tocó era muy diferente a la de las fotos, bastante más antigua y el baño un desastre. La pica no tragaba bien y la ducha tenia una mampara que no cubría y se salía el agua (y eso que no tenía apenas presión!). El desayuno bufé correcto, aunque un poco justo para un cuatro estrellas. Eso sí, el personal muy amable y atento.

Me encanto la decoración rústica de este hotel tipo hostal, la verdad lo recomiendo a todos los jóvenes que quieran venir a hospedarse tienen my buenos precios tanto en habitaciones privadas como en camas en general, el desayuno está muy bien de precio y es al estilo bufé, las instalaciones están muy bien organizadas, no lo recomiendo a gente mayor, porque es un hotel más para jóvenes, si estás buscando descansar y relajarte no es para ti!! Pero en líneas generales me gusto mucho la decoración y organización del mismo, el personal de recepción es normal, no tienen muy buena atención en la recepción. Pero las habitaciones privadas tienen todo lo necesario para tu hospedaje

When we arrived we realised that all the previous reviews were correct. The area is not safe at all and there are men hanging around on the corner of the hotel for hours on end. I know this isn’t the hotels fault, however, there’s no extra security in place and hotel reception staff aren’t 24/7. On the 3rd night, due to there not being aircon, we had to leave the window open (these windows open 2 different ways - like a normal window or a safety way where only the top opens towards the room). At 3.30am we were woken up to an intruder who was trying to break into our room through trying to open the window from the outside by using a metal screwdriver to open it. We had to shout, scream and push the door shut and as two ladies in a room we couldn’t get back to sleep. There was no phone in the room to contact reception, which wouldn’t have mattered anyway as there was no one around. It was horrible & when we tried to tell the lady at reception the next day, she didn’t do anything, just said she’d check the cameras like she didn’t believe us. We were in such a hurry to leave the hotel. We were in a room separate from the main hotel, down the road, which looked like old council flats. The room itself is very basic. Nothing in the mini fridge, our window was broken on the first day and we had to wait 30 minutes for a handy man to come and fix it. We only got one pillow and even though we asked for another one, we never got it. The beds were really hard and our bedding wasn’t changed, just made everyday. The shower was exceptionally small but it was powerful. you can hear every single thing that happens in the rooms next door. We were woken up by people showering in different rooms at 6am. The breakfast is very dissatisfying. There are two sittings - on our first day the breakfast lady refused us entry as our names hadn’t been put on the sheet where you have to say which sitting - an error by the reception staff as we had booked the night before. The breakfast itself had all ran out by the time we were able to sit down. 1 bit of cheese left and no fruit. Very basic so we decided to get breakfast out the next day. As there are no reception staff, we couldn’t check out before 8am, however we had to be at the airport for 8.30 so we went to reception to hand the key back in. The lady was very rude and told us we should’ve checked out last night? How would we have got into our room? she also was rude and told us that we should’ve booked our taxi the night before too (even though the previous staff who were very helpful said come to reception in the morning. We left feeling very unsafe and worried that we hadn’t been able to check out. We were hoping to speak to the manager but the woman just walked away. It’s such a shame as the younger staff were really helpful and friendly at the start. But it’s not safe - I wouldn’t feel safe on my own and I didn’t feel safe with two of us. It is close to the train station, but you don’t feel safe walking there
