**PRE ARRIVAL REVIEW** I have not have the opportunity to stay at this Hotel yet (We arrive September 2022), However I feel it is essential to let people know about the exceptional customer service that the staff at Hotel Palazzo Vitturi are providing me prior to my arrival in September 2022. It is important to know, I have an "A" type personality, and ask a lot of questions to make sure I have everything I can possible be planned ahead, and if not, I know what my options will be. (not good to be type "A" for travelling in the unknown times of Covid-its stressfull :) ), I have been in contact via WhatsApp with Giulia and Glerida at the Hotel, from questions about how to get a transfer from the train station, transfer to the cruise ship I will embark on, and a gondola ride. Hotel Palazzo Vitturi will arrange for me when we arrive all the transportation needs & gondola- close to the hotel so that we do not have to walk distances with our luggage. (of course for a fee, but I expected that, I know transfers weren't included in our hotel price :) ) This service to me is invaluable, it relieves so much stress of wondering about transportation, etc. I have asked so many questions, and many texts have gone back and forth, each one with a friendly answer. Not once have I been made to feel as if I was bothering them, in fact, they already are making me feel very welcome, even before I step foot in Venice. In my opinion, when a hotel makes you feel welcome before you have even arrived, I am confident that when I finally get to Venice, my stay at Hotel Palazzo Vitturi will be as exceptional as their pre-customer service. Kudo's to the staff .... I will update this post when we arrive in Venice to include the accomodations. (And if you are reading this Giulia and Glerida, Grazie Mille for being patient with me and ALL my questions- looking forward to meeting in person)
