Hyatt Centric Murano Venice

Los alojamientos son hermosos. En términos generales, todo el hotel es hermoso y el personal y el servicio son muy comunicativos. 4 estrellas en lugar de 5 estrellas es por el desayuno. El tiempo de espera es demasiado largo. Estuvimos esperando aproximadamente una hora y ni siquiera hemos conseguido algo de beber, mientras que otros esperaban una hora para conseguir pan (nos fuimos después de 50min sin conseguir algo de beber). Recomendaría el hotel pero no su desayuno, a menos que tenga mucho tiempo de sobra.

Buena ubicación lejos de las concurridas calles de Venecia, a 10 minutos del ferry de autobús urbano. Habitaciones amplias y modernas, muy limpias y un gran baño con ducha de efecto lluvia. El personal es muy útil. El desayuno es de menú, de muy buen gusto y se adapta a sus necesidades. Supermercado y restaurantes muy cerca. ¡Muy recomendable!

We stayed three nights here. Hotel is conveniently located right next to the ferry station. Breakfast was good and has good variety. Probably the best hotel on the island until we received really bad service which lost all marks on our last morning of stay which I’ll elaborate later. We had to catch the first flight and needed to have a quick breakfast before departure after our stay. Since we stayed there for three nights, we had breakfast and also dinned in their outlets throughout our stay, we were surprised the staff told us they don’t have our records on the last morning, we are not seated for breakfast and had to wait for them, it would be better if we get seated to allow hotel to sort it out since we have to leave for our flights. Unfortunately the staff also told us “they have hundreds of guest so it’s not possible to recognize us”. “There is no record”, and after waiting for over 10 min they came back and told us again “there is no record”. I asked to sort out the matter with the manager and they just told us we can walk over to the counter while there is a long queue of guests. Without cutting the line I waited at the lobby. After the staff at the counter also did not follow up about the situation after the queue was cleared or apologize for the rude attitude. We left the hotel after they ruined our experience at Venice. The entire good experience was lost due to lack of hospitality service. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here, and it is a disgrace of the Hyatt brand.

great location, very easy to access. very quite place to live nice. Not much service you can feel though. Room is clean and nice

Amazing facilities and duplex with friendly staff and amazing breakfast. Immediately next to the vaporetto public transport ferry pier/ dock: 25 minutes away from the "main island" of San Marco and Cannaregio.

1. Iron and ironing board should be a standard equipment in room. 2. Breakfast is good with a very wide variety of food and drinks. 3. Complimentary transfer from train station or airport should be provided.

No adapters available at reception which is a standard in other Hyatt’s.
