Not worth the money charged by the hotel.
Not a very good experience for me.
Door lock faulty.
Sanitary fittings faulty.
Toiletries were not available in room according to the guest occupancy and I needed to ask for it .
Food in restaurant was not good also and limited menu for breakfast also.
Overall average experience and not worth tarrif charges.

Place is not wheelchair friendly there are stairs everywhere . Staff of restaurant and reception area is nice. Food is average to good. This place claims itself 4 star hotel. But clearly this is hardly three star hotel. The only thing good here is the staff. And housekeeping person doesn't know how to talk there were no face towels toiletries in the bathroom. Rooms are stinking. Only one elevator is working and getting used as service lift and guest list both. No parking facility available.

it was a very nice experience at the india banaras hotel.the rooms are quite large and clean. room service is very fine.the staff is very supportive. Will love to always stay at this hotel whenever I visit bananas.mr. Rajeev ***ager, Mr rohit,subhash and rahul were very cooperative and responsive.

Very good rood . The restaurant service was also courteous and warm. One of the better experience on Varanasi. One time visit is recommended to this place ***** with the family and friends when you are next in the holy city of Ganges in Varanasi

The food experience was wonderful and the staff and their services was also great, they were attentive of all our needs with all the fast and steady services. The ***ager Mr Rajeev was very generous and polite. You will surely have a great experience over here!!.

Bed room service,breakfast behavior of staff and ***agement,cleanness,name off staff shri rajeev ji ***Ger head ,shri rohit ji and rajesh ji behavior was exclusively best than others . Temple of kashi vishwnath was so amazing boating and evening arti was alo memorable .
