Hotel Aadesh Palace

Will not recommend for someone with family and kids, especially if you have luggage to carry as there is no transportation to the hotel. We had a horrible experience after landing at the Varanasi Railway Station, as no auto rickshaw will take us to the hotel. Reason being, autos and other vehicles are not allowed near the Kashi Vishwanath Temple between 9 Am-9PM. I called the hotel multiple times and had them talk to various auto drivers, and they were all taking us to the PDR mall, which is 1.5 KM away, we had to walk at noon time in the heat, to get to the hotel. They sent a guy to drag our suitcases on the ground. Very unpleasant, walking in that crowd with all the honking of horns, heat and what not. After a 15 hour train journey, would have wanted a more straight to hotel approach. Book this hotel if you have no kids and only a light back pack to carry. The lift takes only 3 people, room was passable and so was the washroom. Only good thing it is next to the main temple. The hotel people did not guide us on how to do the Darshan, we had to find our way the hard way. Infact, the hotel had a travel desk that wanted to charge us 4500 rupees per person for some really shady 3 am access to the temple garb griha. Was disgusted to hear their proposals, when all I was asking was simple way to get to the temple and some very basic instructions etc. (should i leave my phone, wallet shoes etc at the room.) They were more interested in UPSELLING me than just simple guidance. Will not recommend this hotel to family or friends. Will not rebook.

Everything was good. Inhouse food was very nice. Staff cooperated very well. Location of hotel is very nearby temple.Hotel provides good support for Sparsh Darshan.Need to take care cleanliness some more

Walking distance to Gate no 1. Spacious rooms. Super helpful staff. Mr. Pankaj and Ms. arathi and Mr. Shy am and the entire staff are polite and helpful. Good food but delayed room service. Will surely stay here when I visit again.

location of the hotel is great and is near the ghat. Visit here if you want to go to kashi vishwanath temple. we liked the service of the hotel too. It is in huge de***d. Cannot get a room without prior booking

The hotel is very closely located to dashashvmedh ghat and main Kashi Vishwanath temple. But there is no last mile connectivity during the day. We had to tow our luggage for last 500 metres on highly crowded roads and especially difficult for the elderly. At night there is too much noise. The staff is nice but restaurant seems to be understaffed.

Very decent hotel, with comfortable room. A.C, and geyser were working fine. best feature of the hotel is the availability of lift and its location. it is at just a walking distance to gate no 4 of Viswanath temple Annapoorni temple. near to daswaswamedh ghat also, where you can see evening aarthi for the river Ganga.with a restaurant at top floor, room service is available. the hotel staff and their GM, Mr. Pankaj were very helpful. i shall strongly recommend this hotel. A word of advice! Do not take the room near the road side as it will be very noisy throughout the day.

I booked 1 night's stay at this hotel, but couldn't travel due to a severe fever. while asking for a refund the hotel staff says they will do the refund the next day. when I called called back the staff Mr. Anurag says "G**nd marao , nahi milega refund, MAD****CH*D, jo karna hai kar lena.. never ever book this hotel. I will take this to the highest possible level. I have proper recordings of the same.

Location is just perfect..near main temple and dashasham ghat. All staff are well behaved and very helpful. They have there own restaurant and food is also healthy. I was there with my 2.5 yrs old baby so they served me food whatever I ordered. Clean room and bathroom. But they delay to deliver morning tea. Anyway thank you so much for making our trip more beautiful

I'm a frequent visitor to this hotel and the hospitality of the staff is something that I always appreciate. They go beyond their capacity to ensure their guests are comfortable. Great place to stay. Must visit. I recommend you to visit this place.
