Buena relación calidad-precio. Todo está un poco viejo y la cama es un poco dura.

Mi amiga y yo disfrutamos recientemente de una estancia en este hotel de Vang Vieng y fue una experiencia inolvidable. El hotel ofrecía unas vistas impresionantes que creaban el marco perfecto para nuestra escapada. Una mañana, disfrutamos de la mágica visión de los globos aerostáticos sobrevolando el cielo, lo que añadió un toque extra de maravilla a nuestra estancia. La ubicación no podría haber sido mejor, ya que proporcionaba un fácil acceso a los restaurantes locales y a los lugares de interés cultural. El personal amable y atento garantizó nuestra comodidad durante toda nuestra visita, haciéndonos sentir como en casa. Si buscas una combinación de belleza paisajística y cálida hospitalidad, este hotel de Vang Vieng es una excelente opción.

We stayed here for four nights in Vang Vieng. From the train station, we used InDrive ride share app and the ride took about 20 minutes. Check-in was very smooth. We met the owner, Alex, and his brother Tom, both of whom were welcoming. We were assigned #5, which was quite spacious — especially comfortable for my very tall husband. The room had a king-sized bed plus a single bed. The bathroom was also roomy, with good water pressure. The water was warm (not hot), but given how hot it is in Laos, it was fine. Wi-Fi worked well, with separate networks for different floors. A/C worked but it's quite old and took a while to cool down the room. In terms of comfort, the larger bed was more comfortable. The single bed was extremely firm — almost board-like. Breakfast is simple but adequate: eggs (scrambled, over-easy, or sunny-side up, omelette), instant noodles, sliced white bread and baguette, butter, jam, juice, coffee, and tea. It’s basic, but fair for the price point. The property is very clean, and the housekeeper was friendly. There’s a designated smoking area near the patio. Although our room location was relatively quiet, sound insulation is limited — you can hear neighboring guests talking. There was a power outage one day during our stay, which we learned can happen frequently. It’s helpful to keep realistic expectations when traveling in this region. The hotel also offers assistance with tours, train tickets, and motorbike rentals. We didn’t use those services, as there are many tour agencies within about 100 meters of the hotel offering similar options and pricing, so it’s worth comparing. Also there are plenty of eateries within 10 minutes walking distance and we ate at Big Mama, the original one and Cook Savang for dinner. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found it to be good value for the price.

Nice and basic hotel in the centre. Dont expect any luxury but for the money they charge, you cannot expect that. The breakfast included has eggs,  fresh Bread and fresh fruit. I loved to sit on the terrace and Watch the morning Market unfold while eating.  Our fan was a Little noisy and the AC Works soso (but for us that was nog a big issue).  On Friday evening we had some Noise from the bar further in the street but nothing earplugs cant handle. Rest of our 5 Nights were silent. i

The aircon in the room is not cooling at all. Lucky that there's fan. If not I don't think I am able to be in the room. The owner is friendly and is helpful. Speak fluent English.

Walking distance to the river , bars and restaurants ... Providing any kind of service such as hot air balloon and motorcycle renting

Great Stay in Vangvieng! I stayed at Vangvieng Camellia Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect—close to restaurants and attractions. The owner is very friendly and speaks English, which made communication easy. Service was great, and the simple breakfast was just what I needed to start the day. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay in this lovely hotel. The owners were very kind and helpful. They helped me with my transportation going back to Vientiane, do my laundry, and make my VangVieng experience memorable! The room was super nice! The AC was cold, everything was clean, I loved it! Will definitely book this hotel again when I visit VangVieng for the second time in the future.

Nice little budget hotel run by a very amiable couple. Room was very basic, as was breakfast. But everything clean and fitting for the price paid!

i stayed in this place every time ( 4 times) i visited Vang Vieng last few years , myself or with friends but i will not stay here again.. this small guest house run by Alex and his family, good location with nice view, friendly and helpful ,cheap rent. When we arrived Vientiane after Vang Vieng, my friend found out the cash which was kept in his backpack disappeared. He kept the cash there while we stayed in Camellia hotel. No doubt it was part of his own fault and paid a price for this.. However, this incident also made me think Camellia is not as safe as i thought previously.

Had a great stay for 3 nights. The staff is lovely and helped with any guestion I had. They serve a small breakfast to start your day. You can book different tours, motorbikes, the trains etc at the front desk. The hotel is centrally located with many restaurants and bars in walking distance. Would stay again if I ever return to Vang Vieng 😊

Great location in town, very helpful staff will help you with anything from motorbike rentals to hot air ballooning. Beds are a bit on the firm side.
