La principal base de clientes es china, por lo que es ruidoso y no tiene el concepto de hotel.

3 personas reservaron una habitación para 6 personas. Necesitaba tres camas, así que era agradable tener una habitación espaciosa. Es un poco ruidoso ya que hay muchos grupos de personas. 150.000 kip para 3 personas desde el aeropuerto. En el camino de regreso, encontré un songthaew por ahí y conseguí 120.000 dólares.

Muy bonito, excepto que hay ruidos de las calles, casi perfecto.

Hay una señora que habla inglés en la recepción. La habitación es grande y limpia. Vangvieng es muy pequeño, por lo que básicamente todos los hoteles están cerca. Éste es bastante grande. Hay un lugar donde puedes reservar tours grupales justo afuera de tu casa.

¡El vestíbulo solo utiliza caracteres chinos para marcar las habitaciones del hotel como para no fumadores! , sospechoso de discriminar a los chinos, no hay muchas variedades de desayuno, hay demasiados coreanos en el hotel, no recomendado

We had a comfortable stay. The hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The view from the bedroom is pretty and it also has a nice pool. The breakfast was simple, but delicious.

Let me tell you, this hotel deserves to pay its staff triple! Khamla truly went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing stay, and her kindness left me speechless. Honestly, when I first arrived, I thought, “Oh no, I’m canceling my booking right now.” But thankfully, they let me see the room before check-in and even offered a full refund if I wasn’t satisfied. In the end, I decided to stay for the two nights since I figured it would be okay. Now, I won’t lie—the exterior of the hotel looks a bit worn, but don’t let that fool you! Inside, it’s spotless and conveniently located near a plethora of restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions. I booked an exhilarating hot air balloon ride for $120 through the hotel for the next day, and it was absolutely unforgettable. I also had my heart set on visiting the Nahm Xai viewpoint but didn’t want to venture out alone. The staff went out of their way to help me find an English-speaking tour guide, and when that didn’t pan out, Khamla from the front desk stepped in. She graciously offered to be my guide on her day off! She hiked with me up to the viewpoint, snapped photos, and made sure I was safe and sound every step of the way. In the end, I couldn't have been happier with my decision to stay. The service here is truly top tier, making this hotel experience one I won’t forget!

The hotel was ok. Staff friendly. Cleaning team did a good job. Don't get deceived by the name sisombat "plaza hotel". It is bearly a 3 * to international standarts. No balconies, a rather small (in january cold) pool without a single sunchair while I was there, located next to the huge parking space in front of the hotel (neither any sunchairs on the rooftop space neither). Breakfast is a limited buffet (nothing fancy), no gym, lobby old woodden chairs nothing appealing or inviting with cosy style there neither hence empty. Rooms are spacy with suuuper hard beds (the record so far in all of my years of ravelling in Asia) and nice big shower. 2 of my windows had mosquito nets which is a big plus. Zero isolation hence you hear every single word from the room next door and the noisy corridor (slaming doors, laughing, talking) and also from people outside of the hotel gathering for smoking or waiting there. Some minor music from outside during the night but not too bad. They provide some free bikes for hotel guests which was great. Apart from breakfast no restaurant nor room service available but plenty of restaurants in easy walking distance. Overall: I was ok for 3 nights but it is not a must do. The entire hotel lacks a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. It is more an acceptable place to just sleep especially for chinese groups.

Best value for money in the area. Very clean and comfortable. Amazing location, quiet and quick to walk everywhere. We used the free bikes available which were great. One of the front desk workers (Beer) was extremely helpful in booking our train tickets for us. Breakfast is okay, if you come after 8am the eggs are no longer hot. Room was a bit noisy due to the AC units right beside the windows. Overall though, we would definitely stay again! So clean and the rooftop views are amazing!

Really lovely hotel. the staff made it incredible for us, as they were very attentive to our requests. For example, they helped out with booking our train journeys across Laos amongst other things The hotel also had a choice of pools, as well as being by the river. About a 15 - 20 min walk from the phousi hill of Luang Prabang, pictured below, which is very close to the city centre and the old quarter. Overall an enjoyable stay

Overall the stay is average. Location just next to Naga Mall, but about 2-3 KM away from surrounding night market / old town area. Was thought the breakfast is good based on the review, but eventually quite disappointed and the selection are limited, and, the dining hall floor is dirty.

Everything its good , I have some problem I payed by trip already, but confused between staff ... they charge with my sister and we wait cash back they told about this weeks

Room is great, we can see air balloon from my room. There are two shower room. Breakfast is good. Staffs are kind.
