Nos encantaba este hotel. Teníamos un pequeño problema en encontrarlo debido a una pequeña firma, pero estabamos más que contentos cuando llegamos. Sólo unos pocos bloques del Skytrain. Teníamos tres habitaciones. Disfruté de las suites de vistas al puerto y a la ciudad. Muy limpio y moderno. La habitación es un buen hotel, el hotel es un buen hotel.

La habitación era maravillosa, limpia, elegante y muy cómoda con una hermosa vista. ¡La única crítica que he tenido fue la extraña decisión de montar el bañera en el rincón del bañón rectangular en lugar de centrarme en el bañón! Llegamos a Vancouver temprano, y pudieron almacenar nuestros bolsillos para nosotros hasta el momento de la entrada, por lo que no tuvimos que atraparlos alrededor de la ciudad. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. La vista del estadio BC Place desde el patio de techo, si no te importa luchar con los mariposas que frecuentemente se encuentran en la zona, no es nada de fantasía, pero me disfruté de mi primer sopa en el tubo tan mucha que me volví una segunda vez más tarde. La plancha del tubo es vieja y hay algunos puntos con bordes amargos, así que hay espacio para mejoras allí, además de fútbol, tenis de mesa y unas pocas sillas cómodas para relajarse en la zona junto a las máquinas de fitness. El desayuno era mucho mejor de lo que esperaba. El hotel de media escala suele ser ”almuerzo gratuito”, por lo que se refiere a tostadas, huevos espumosos y salsa grasa ... pero esto no fue nada así! La gran selección de cereales, pan, bayas, moffes, pasteles, frutas frescas, yogur, y mantequilla de ovejas con frutas secas, manzanas y azúcar marrón. Eso fue honestamente el mejor desayuno gratis que he tenido. Mi única queja fue que era muy ocupado y tuvimos que esperar 10–15 minutos en la línea de waffle. La próxima vez, definitivamente me gustaría ir al desayuno tan pronto como abra para vencer a la multitud. La ubicación de este hotel no puede ser golpeada. Está a pie de todo lo que quiera hacer en el centro de la ciudad. Es caro para un hotel de media escala, pero así es todo el resto de hoteles en Vancouver. Las tarifas de las habitaciones son competitivas con otros lugares similares en la zona. Lamentablemente, el doloroso costo de alojamiento es sólo parte del paquete de Vancouver. TL;DR: Recomendaré absolutamente este hotel para un alojamiento limpio y cómodo en el centro de Vancouver!

Gran hotel en buena ubicación con fácil acceso al centro de Vancouver. Habitaciones limpias Piscina buena. Desayuno buffet bueno. Recomiendo este hotel para estancias cortas. Me he alojado aquí varias veces y volveré.

My husband and I stayed one night at the Burnaby location in order to attend a dinner function nearby. We checked into our room and the heater was already on and set at 68 and seemed to be working OK. Shortly after we arrived in the room, a maintenance person knocked on the door to see how the heater was working. That should have clued us in as to what would happen next. A bit later, the unit started to spit out cooler air. I might add that the unit never cycled off and on as it should. I turned the unit up to around 72 to see if that would make a difference but no it did not. We contacted the front desk and within 5 minutes, maintenance came to check. We were told that the heater had to remain at 68, no higher or it wouldn’t work. I have never heard of such a thing. High temperature in Vancouver was mid 40's dipping into the 30's at night. By this time, it was 5:30 and we had to head out the door for the dinner event at 6PM. I wish we would have demanded a different room, because when we returned it was definitely cooler in the room. We were both tired and needed to leave the hotel early in the morning so we decided to “gut it out”. I looked for additional blankets and there were none. I wound up sleeping a total of 2 hours in my coat. This was not a comfortable experience.  I am generously giving this property 2 stars as the room itself was clean and the bedding was comfortable. The front desk clerk kindly gave us a 50% discount for our discomfort which was the best she could do, but when I contacted their HQ was offered a 50% discount off a future stay. Don't think I will take them up on that offer, but thanks anyway.

¡Habitación Grdat con excelentes servicios! Reservé una habitación equivocada que no tiene cocina en la habitación para mi larga estadía, la recepción me entregó un microondas en mi habitación para que pudiera calentar la comida en la habitación. Aquí está la vista otoñal fuera de la ventana.

Thank you for the opportunity to describe my Inn at the Quay experience. I was booked for a day procedure at Royal Columbian Hospital at 6:00AM on Saturday May 20. Because I was travelling from out of town and had to be driven home (as a requirement of the procedure) I elected to travel by train to Vancouver and then New Westminster on the day before, Friday. On Tuesday May 16 I booked a room at your hotel for the night of the night of Friday May 19 for $389.00 ex-taxes. My plan was to take a cab to the Hospital and then my daughter was then going to drive to town to pick me up and drive me home after the procedure on Saturday. After travelling to New Westminster I had time to kill because I called the Inn at the Quay to see if I could get an early check in but was told that you were very busy and that was not possible. The hospital recommends attending with only your care card for security reasons. For this reason I had my BC Care Card and the credit card I used to book the room in my cellular phone case. During my wanders I lost my phone. Fortunately I had a significant amount of cash so I got a cab immediately and attended at your hotel. I explained my situation to the clerk on the desk and she said that she could not check me in without the credit card I used to book the room. I asked her if you would charge that card with the room price if I had not shown up and she agreed that that was the case. When I asked if she could just charge the card and let me stay she said that the situation was different and was against your policy. I questioned her further and she summoned a person form the back office who agreed that the situation was completely different and actually said “Sorry, we can’t help you.” When I suggested cancelling the credit card transaction and paying in cash that suggestion was also turned down. Reason was lost on these two minions that are trained to be slavishly obedient to your rules and policies. I am sure that if you question these two they will agree that I was polite and courteous throughout our encounter. After several attempts at circumventing their indifference I felt that I should leave before I started to get mad. As a competent, attentive and businesslike hotelier I am sure you are aware of the saturation in your market on any given day. If you harken back to May 19 you will recall that all of the other hotels in New Westminster and as far as Port Coquitlam were completely booked. No matter, I was able to avail myself of a comfortable chair in the admitting lobby of the Royal Columbian Hospital from 4:00PM on Friday until 6:00AM the following morning. Except of course when I had to leave the admitting lobby while the janitors polished the floors. Because the Emergency Room lobby was full I was able to meet some of the interesting local street residents that were outside at 2:30AM. You could tell immediately how the hotel has been fairly new! Our family stayed for 2 nights and it was quite comfy. Not sure if there was anything we disliked. Just a couple of points: Restaurant option: Match Eatery & Public house And The Buffet We had a high expectation of the Buffet. Ah… so shame… Not worth paying so much. Trust me. Avoid the place. Internet: Connection is very strong; however, keep in mind that it is UNSECURED public connection. There was someone trying to access my personal email. Very fortunately, I had my email account secured with two way authentication. Do consider… to protect yourself by setting up the 2 way authentication… etc. Lastly, Swimming pool wasn’t ready to be opened until April.
