READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK -＞ Rooms are not the rooms in the photo. There is NO outside/patio/garden/balcony in the room. There is NO housekeeping so you have to do the dishes/clean yourself & the reception is NOT helpful and leaves you to your own devices. In addition, we lived outside for an hour and a half because our card didn't work, they were in no hurry to help me so I could get in. Valencia is beautiful, this organization will ruin your experience of this city so DO NOT book here

I feel bad referring this place as it is so amazing. I hope it will be available this summer when I come back to Valencia with my wife. Great location, great service, great size, … I really hope it will be available this summer.

We were very impressed when we arrived at the apartment. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The location was excellent. My son loved having his own room and space. We ate out at the square for breakfast which was a few minutes walk away would highly recommend the cafes on the square. We never had anyone come and make up our room whilst we stayed not sure if they should have or not but it wasn't a problem for us. Unfortunately on checking out we left my sons Samsung headphones outside the safe in the wardrobe, we didn't realise until we were eating breakfast, so a quick trip back to the apartments and very helpful reception staff took us back to the apartment but the room had already been cleaned by the cleaners and no headphones in sight. They asked the cleaners if they had found them and they said no. We know exactly where we left them so someone had definitely taken them. The reception staff were very helpful and even took me down to shake out where the old sheets were just to see if they had been left on the bed. We are 100% sure they were left near the safe. It was a sad end to an excellent stay at this property as someone was being dishonest, and it ruined our last few hours in Valencia. It was our fault as we left them in the room but you would have thought someone would have had the decency to own up to taking them when cleaning the room. Apart from that I would recommend this accommodation as it is very clean great location. Just make sure your valuable are locked up when not in the room, ad that you take everything on your departure.

The location is 5 star. The apartment was super clean and the bed was comfy. The air con worked. Now for the negatives, we booked for 5 days and needed WiFi. The WiFi was utterly dreadful, by that I mean we got about 10 minutes of WiFi per day (unpredictable times) and it was so slow. The kitchen is a nice show kitchen but was completely unsuitable for anything other than boiling a kettle. The extractor fan did not work, so the whole apartment stunk of fish (as I cooked fish the 2nd evening), the induction hob was erratic (I cook on induction at home, so I’m used to induction), the microwave/oven had no instructions so it was a bit trial and error. The key system (either on a smart phone or card) is great in theory but didn’t let us in one evening. So, if you want a great location and don’t want to cook for yourself, it’s fine (as long as you don’t get locked out!). However, if the kitchen is important, then I could not recommend.
