Max and Cedric are amazing and so generous! Our room was clean, quiet, and equipped with all the modern amenities you could want. We ate their daily breakfast and dinner one night, which would very good as well. Great location just outside the main town and surrounding by vineyards & rolling hills. While my wife and I were driving through the countryside exploring different wineries, we got a flat tire on our rental car. Max was extremely helpful and helped translate our issues and resolution with the French speaking mechanic and car rental company…life saver! Will absolutely comeback here!

A “must stay” experience - this an absolute gem of an essentially French B and B! A beautiful old Manor House amongst the vines the building has been totally restored by professional hoteliers Max and Cedric using all their expertise from previous industry careers. The rooms are simply but tastefully decorated to a very high standard and furnished with comfortable beds plus art that will keep you entertained! En-suite facilities are excellent as is the courtyard swimming pool. That only leaves breakfast - you will not be disappointed! The morning team could not be more cheerful and helpful, offering a typically French start to the day in charming surroundings. Book this small hotel with confidence!

Such a quaint little hotel, located just outside of the old town. The owners are wonderful. Very nice breakfast enjoyed on the patio as well as dinners. Limited food choices but all very delicious. Highly recommend!

We stayed 2 nights at La Bastide de Vaison. We were welcomed warmly on arrival and helped with our luggage. Cederic promptly made dinner reservations for us at Chez Fred nearby (great suggestion). We added breakfast to our stay, which was lovely. On night two, we were too tired to go out to dinner, so ordered the charcuterie for for 2 appetizer and wine on the patio. It was perfect! Our room for 3 was a decent size and comfortable. Highly recommend based on welcoming, helpful owners alone.

Well renovated hotel in a lovely bastide with a comfortable junior suite. The hosts created well thought conditions allowing for autonomy, flexibility yet a great comfort. We very much appreciated the advice provided to any of our questions and the attention paid to all the details. Excellent quality / price stay combined with hosts’ kindness.

There are many positive things about this hotel. Let‘s start with quiet and peaceful surroundings, but still only a few auto minutes away from Vaison. Then there are light and airy rooms that are extremely clean. They have an outdoor swimming pool and a terrace for breakfast or just relaxing on a warm, sunny afternoon. The bathrooms are modern and even have extra heating. The beds are comfortable and guarantee a good night‘s sleep. The hotel recognises the advantages of being climate-friendly. The typical french breakfasts are plentiful and tasty. Dogs are welcome. We saved the best for last: Cedric and Maxime. They are natural-born hosts. Extremely friendly and helpful. They are the people that make all the other positives possible. We felt very welcome and immediately „at home“ with both of them. When in Vaison in the future, this will be our first choice for accommodations.

Excellent 5 day stay at this beautiful property, quiet, peaceful, idyllic with a sun drenched terrace (22C in March!) just across the road from an excellent Cotes du Rhone Seguret vineyard. The assiette de fromage et charcuterie on the terrace with a bottle of Domaine Pierry 044 is highly recommended - simple, unfussy, wonderful. Welcoming hosts could be more helpful, easy parking, even an electric car charger. We stayed in Room 12, small, simple but everything worked, good wifi, and a lovely view of trees in blossom and the vineyard across the road. Easy, flat 45 minute walk into Vaison-La-Romaine mostly off road along a path to the rear of the hotel that follows the river with its' fabulous archaeological sites and a large choice of local restaurants, boulangerie and supermarkets. Within 20 minutes drive are the fabulous wine villages of Gigondas, Vacquyres and Beaumes de Venise and the AOC olive oil of Nyons. Perfect

We loved our stay in La Bastide de Vaison thoroughly! Wish we had a few more days to spend in the beautiful town/hotel. Cedric and team were so helpful and went out of their way to make dinner reservations for us, recommend local sights, and accomodate for our late check in. Rooms are very clean, eco friendly and roomy with a neat balcony overlooking the greenery. Breakfast each morning was scrumptious and enjoyable in the lovely yard they have. Location is close to so many wineries, sights, restaurants by car. Parking was free and easy, they even had 1 EV charging spot. We would certainly stay here again if we were to visit. Thank you Cedric and Maxim for your kind hospitality!

Un excellent hôtel, chambres très confortables et lumineuses, literie parfaite et bien moelleuse, petit déjeuner très complet avec confitures et brioche maison,ambiance romantique dans une bastide rénovée avec goût. Les propriétaires sonttrès accueillants. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir avec notre chien pour qui des friandises étaient prévues.
