In description it’s mentioned that it’s valley view resort. But there is no valley view as there was another hotel covering the view of valley besides to it.

Rooms were not clean enough. Hot water shower did not work. Beds were not clean and were totally disgusting. Very noisy and disturbing through out the night because of drunk bachelors. Receptionist was very lethargic and response was not good. No hospitality. We had to carry the luggages ourselves and climb 3 floors.

A decent place to stay and very close to vagamon town. We stayed for 1 night at their 2 bedroom cottage.

First of all the resort is not as we see in the pictures. Not neat. The caretaker 's attitude was not acceptable. Not at all happy with the stay in this resort.

Good location, you easily access all the tourist places. Balcony view room is looking so good. Spacious parking area.

The hotel is in the city centre so we can easily access the local market. The hotel room was clean and tidy. 24 hrs hot water is available which is good. The view from the balcony is awesome. The staff behaviour is also very helpful. Overall experience is good.

Room service is nil. Even no calling bell in the room. There is no restaurant nearby. I asked to serve morning tea, they refused. Even no help to pick the baggage to room when check in time. Provide wifi password on demand but it was never get connected. We planned two night stay, but second day took room another hotel better than this and rent also less.
