My stay at the Bunk Hotel exceeded all expectations. 1. Location - it was much better than I thought it would be - everywhere was close, there were many restaurants or bars around, as well as a shopping center, and the music complex where I spent most of my time was only one block away. 2 Facility - I spent two nights sleeping in the Bunk Pod and the capsule was of a much better standard than the capsules I had seen so far - first of all, it was higher and had a double mattress. In addition, the room itself, where the capsules were located, was well soundproofed. I slept great there. 3. Food - delicious and filling, the restaurant had both gluten-free and vegan options, and a detailed allergen chart is available. Kudos. 4. Service - by far the greatest value of the entire facility. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and did everything they could to make your stay enjoyable. Let me give an example that surprised me: On the first evening I misunderstood the locker system and instead of using the free locker under the sleeping pod, I rented a paid locker in the corridor for 24 hours. I realized this within a couple of minutes, and immediately vacated the paid locker. I didn't have high hopes of getting the fee back, but I asked the staff about it, hoping for at least a partial refund. I was told at the reception desk that this would probably not be possible, but as compensation for this - even though it was my mistake - they could offer me a free coffee. A very nice gesture, which I accepted and carried on with my day. Imagine my surprise when the next day I received a refund of the full amount paid for the locker rental. I simply have no words, outstanding customer service. Most hotels would not care. 5. Self-service - an additional plus was that the entire check-in and check-out process is self-service. You can check in at any time, even in the middle of the night, and everything is done with access cards, even lockers. The only thing that comes to mind is that access to the capsules located higher up could be more comfortable - especially the ladders leading to them. That's the only downside - other than that, everything was excellent.

This was advertised as a four star hotel . It wasn’t . Old and outdated with a musty smell in the halls. Dark and dingy room with no air conditioning. The room and bathroom were full of flies. The fitted sheets were so small that you would wake up every morning lying on the hard mattress. The shower (which was a bath unit with a shower attachment) totally soaked the floor whenever it was switched on and the shower screen wasn’t installed correctly. Breakfast on our first day consisted of a buffet with congealed scrambled egg and a unit which had only 4 slices of bacon . We were also offered chicken sausages which were disgusting . There was no toaster. We stayed for two nights and couldn’t wait to get out of the place . It was depressing .

El Hotel DeBlend se encuentra a lo largo del centro de Douwe egberts, en una zona semiindustrial de la ciudad, pero muy tranquilo y muy conveniente. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no tiene ningún control sobre la temperatura de su habitación, pero lo hace un poco más frío para un poco más caliente. No tienes ningún control real. La noche está un poco caliente. Es un hotel de autoservicio, pero los casos en los que necesitamos ayuda humana, el personal era muy amable y acomodable. La cocina es una característica muy conveniente para cualquiera que se quede más de unos días.

El hotel es un hotel muy bonito, con decoración interior de estilo elegante y moderno, y ofrece una excelente calidad de servicio y un servicio de calidad muy amigable desde el momento de reservar meses de antelación hasta la llegada y la estancia para 3 noches. El hotel dispone de una amplia habitación doble con camas y cocinas, una gran presión en el paseo en la ducha, todas las instalaciones necesarias - hierro/tabla/cesta, etc. Las opciones de desayuno fueron deliciosas con opciones saludables. Definitivamente recomendaría a cualquiera que se quede aquí.

El hotel está ubicado en el parque, el entorno es muy hermoso, la habitación es espaciosa, hay gansos salvajes, cisnes, patos y otros animales salvajes en el lago. Las instalaciones y la calidad del servicio son elevadas. Es el único hotel sorprendentemente agradable para este viaje de negocios. De hecho, es un estándar de 4 estrellas. También es muy conveniente.

No me gustaba que fuera!!! Visitaré este hotel cada año y por lo general se siente como volver a casa. Esta vez recibí un correo electrónico que decía que las renovaciones donde ocurren y directamente llamé al hotel lo que significaría para mi estancia, me aseguran que sólo serían algunos ruidos de construcción durante el día, No me importaba nada desde que iba al centro de convenciones durante el día, pero al llegar allí donde unos pocos muy desapontos: 1. El parque de coches estaba a sólo el 25% de capacidad, así que tuvo que estacionar en un parque de aparcamiento en otro lugar y tomar un transbordador al hotel 2. Las salas y las habitaciones donde es tan frío! Después de consultar el frente trajeron un calefactor eléctrico, esto hizo el aire muy seco. 3. La habitación no era tan limpia como debería ser, ver fotos adjuntas Todos estos puntos donde no se mencionaron durante la llamada y el personal del front desk donde no muy comprensible y en lugar de decir: “Esto es todo lo que puedo hacer” al cobrar el precio completo que espero que el servicio completo que no recibí.

El hotel está muy bien , las habitaciones grandes aunq las camas bastante incómodas y la limpieza de la habitación no muy buena las sabanas siete días las mismas y aspirar y fregar nada . Desayuno y cenas espectaculares.

We haven't been back to this hotel for over 2 years and it was better than ever this time. We got upgraded to a suite as a Diamond member which is always nice. The newly renovated rooms are well done and super clean. It was nice to see that the hotel menu for dinner has gone back to a more classic Hilton style menu which we like. Based on this we decided to eat at the hotel and were very impressed. The quality of the food and taste were great. The waiter had a nice balance and flow. We had the Caesar Salad with chicken, Fish and Chips, steamed asparagus and the cheese platter for dessert. Breakfast was very good as usual and many of the staff from a few years ago are still there so felt like home. All in all a very well run hotel from top to bottom. It's a great base to explore the area in terms of hiking and biking.

Excelente enclave y mejor servicio. Todo el personal muy atento y agradable. Especial mención para nuestro camarero Kevin que nos atendió fenomenal en todo momento. Estuvo pendiente de nosotros para que no nos faltase de nada. Además de recomendarnos qué beber y comer perfectamente. ¡Un 10!
