El hotel cuenta con buenas instalaciones y una decoración de alta calidad. Por el precio, definitivamente vale la pena. El servicio fue excelente y la recepción me mejoró la habitación. Un pequeño detalle destacado fue el baño de pies gratuito, que fue muy relajante después de un día de caminata. Los jugos del minibar también eran gratis. El desayuno fue excelente y la estancia en general fue fantástica.

We had high hopes for our stay at the Four Seasons Hotel in Urumqi, having booked our room four months in advance. Unfortunately, the experience fell well short of the four-star standard we were expecting. Upon check-in, we were informed that our confirmed king-size room was unavailable and were reassigned to a twin room without prior notice or apology. For a hotel of this calibre, failing to honour a reservation made months ahead is simply unacceptable. The rooms themselves are remarkably small at just 18 square metres, which feels cramped and uncomfortable for any extended stay. This is well below what one would expect from a property marketing itself as a four-star hotel. There are no bedside tables whatsoever, meaning guests are left placing phones, water bottles, and personal items directly on the floor overnight. That is a basic furnishing oversight that no four-star hotel should be making. Adding to the neglected feel of the room, there were visible holes in the wall where bedside lamps had clearly once been fitted and never properly repaired. The room gave the impression of being mid-renovation rather than a finished, guest-ready space. Perhaps the most frustrating design flaw was the electrical socket positioned directly behind your head on the headboard, with an exposed switch. On multiple occasions during the night, simply shifting position in bed accidentally triggered the switch, flooding the entire room with light. This made for a genuinely disruptive and poor night's sleep. It is baffling that this hazard has not been addressed, as it is both an inconvenience and a safety concern. On a more positive note, the hotel staff were genuinely warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The housekeeping team deserves particular praise for keeping the room immaculately clean and well-stocked each day. The mattresses were also surprisingly comfortable and of good quality, which is worth acknowledging. However, no amount of friendly service can fully compensate for such significant shortcomings in the room itself. We would urge the management to invest in basic refurbishments before continuing to market this as a four-star hotel.

Had comfortable stay in this hotel. We booked the deluxe room which turns out to be very spacious. It has a living area and even a 'walkin' wardrobe. A downside though is the aircon is insufficiently sized to cool the bed area during summer. 200m away is ccmall a very popular mall. Nearby has all amenities that you would expect.

This hotel is top quality. Worthy of 5 star standard. Just built in 2024, everything was brand new. Front desk receptionists were all so professional and hospitable. We felt so at home and comfortable that we stayed for 6nights. We were offered an abundant breakfast, evening tea and late supper. We had 70 inch tv with movie channels. There is a complementary laundry room. The Japanese style toilet was a bonus. Bus stop is across the road. Walking distance to Hong Shan Park, Peoples Park, Xinjiang Museum and Saybad Shopping district. Highly recommend any visitors to Urumqi to this wonderful hotel.

El hotel de la habitación tenía la cama más cómoda que he dormido en. Todas las demás instalaciones fueron buenas, nada nuevo, nada sorprendente. La cama era tan buena. Por favor, reserve esto para la cama. Incluso me imaginé quedarme otra noche para poder dormir en la cama y no hacer nada. También muy cerca de muchas comidas. Creo que volveré a Urumiqi y reservar este mismo hotel porque la cama era tan cómoda

Todo en este lugar es inspirador y atractivo, de una forma u otra. Cómodamente amueblado, cuenta con un espacio común limpio que incluye una bonita estantería, una zona de lectura, una mesa de comedor y un mullido sofá. Si hay algo que destaca en la distribución de esta posada, es su pasión por el arte, lo cual resulta una ventaja para los huéspedes amantes del arte. Además, los amantes de los gatos apreciarán este lugar por su temática felina y su mascota, Hanhan. Por su precio, es un lugar maravilloso para alojarse en Urumqi.

Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia. El personal fue muy atento, aunque no hablaba inglés. Sin embargo, nos tradujeron todo. La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda. Recomiendo este hotel sin duda, incluso si no hablas chino.

Alex, the lady from reception was so helpful and courteous. She was all smiles and made us feel very welcome. When she found out that I was an IHG member, she offered me a bottled welcome drink, From 6pm to 2am, the hotel offered free beef noodles and wanton soup (not sure whether this was based on room type). Food was good, but the server/cook on the night of 15 October was a nightmare. He was unhappy when we disturbed him to ask for a bowl of noodles. All he was interested in was to play on his handphone. He shouted at a guest who was trying to be helpful by returning used bowls and utensils. Honestly, he should not be working in the hospitality industry. The hotel is located in a residential area with no restaurants or shops nearby, but it is clean and modern. Wanda mall is about 2km away. We walked there.

Esta genial. Un buen hotel. Nos gustó mucho el restaurante que hay justo debajo. Caro para ser china pero muy buen servicio y calidad. Recomendado 100%

The hotel is quite nice, the restaurant downstairs is really the best! Situated far away from the train and bus station but I guess everything is in Urumqi! Close to the parks in the center though!
