Love this hotel. Feel like a little adventure within the building. There is a corner to experient making green tea. the hotel provided a sachet of fresh green tea leaves and just follow the instruction to make your own green tea. Very nice onsen with private facility. The dinner and breakfast were super good!

I am furious about my stay in this hotel. I booked my stay with trip.com which I had the confirmation letter stating it includes my child in the booking. When I got to the hotel, the staff were shocked to find out I have three guests on the booking. Secondly, the room type stated a private bath was included. However, when I got here, I was told the private bath is in the public area (not included in the room) and you can only use it once with the room booking (see the uploaded picture). Thirdly, I asked them if I can order and pay for my child's meals. They said yes and can order it but different types of food. However, I waited for approx 30 mins to find out the receptioon staff did not follow through the conversation. I am disappointed with this stay. I will advise you to avoid this place and find a better one with more support. Not quite sure if the booking system is a problem as we

The state is super nice, and the food is super yummy. But just like the other comments, the hotel is understaffed. We will need to ask for services, for example the complementary ride to our Ryokan which was 10 minutes by foot, but with this price we are paying, there should be a complementary buggy service which was not provided until we asked several times. Also, the onsen in room did not work, until the day we check out.

There is tea making activities, which is quite interesting for kids. It s good for people enjoying tea in a quiet city. I also like refreshment and drink bar in hotel.

The room with private hotpot spa. The hotel facilities and service was very good and professional.

Location is not good, difficult to find, under staff and difficult to communicate. The hotel should post more signboard, indicating the exact location. We have difficulties in finding the hotel entrance

The hotel is super clean.  The food quality is good.  Afternoon tea and night drinks are provided.  However, guests have ti use mobile phone to book private bath and dinner.  This may cause inconvenience to some people who are not good with mobile phone operation.

Loved the private onsen experience! Breakfast was especially delicious, highly recommend not skipping it for sleeping in, the tofu porridge is something I’ll crave forever. If you’re arriving by train, there’s a guest info center next to the train station where you can ask them to call the property to pick you up! Very convenient. Room was immaculate with lots of amenities. Felt incredibly pampered. Location is a little far off from the convenience shops, but there are a number of things to sight-see and nice restaurants within 30mins walking distance.

The staff there were incredibly helpful and friendly, but the best of all is the texture of the natural hot spring water. It makes your skin feel so smooth after each soak. I stayed in two hotels in Ureshino, this one and Ureshino Yadoya. Although I loved the latter hotel, I personally felt the quality of the hot spring water is better at Yoshidaya.

I had a great time at this place and it was a great value. Will definitely come back again.

We drove 1.5 hours from Hakata to this hotel, quick far away. The osen hotel is pretty large and have public and private osen bath to choose from. Originally we booked the room with hot spring both but have been checked into a different room with a separate bath tub only. The hotel insisted this is the same room type and need to charge additional charge to upgrade to the better room that can have a separate hot spring bath. I called Trip.com and they admitted that there is some confusion on the room type and has agreed to pay for the extra charge to upgrade to the better room. So finally we paid the upgrade charge and moved to the better room with the hot spring bath. So overall it was still a very good experience.
