Great service, nice environment and the staff is helpful and kindness, will come back in the future

Opted for room only plan, without meals. Service of all the staffs were very welcoming!! The room was huge, a mixture of japanese and western with open bath in room overlooking Ureshino ❤️

Hotel is old. Hotel floor corridors are dim. Fulton are too thin. It is the first onsen hotel did not supply body location in the public bath. Room amenities such as facial products, utensils, coffee are not place in the lobby. They are in the front office counter drawer. You have to ask to get it. But there are special shops inside the hotel. That is amazing. Free welcome green tea for each guest. Morning 9:00-10:00 public bath stop operate for cleaning.

Hotel is classic. Aged. Not able to use the hot tub in room as it take me long time to clean I believe. No need to order breakfast, it was held in a big hall and food was very simple and not worth to wake up early for that.

It is an excellent onsen hotel. The service is wonderful. The facility is very good. The dinner and the breakfast are very, very delicious. I have to praise the people working in the hotel as they really care about the customer and explain everything in detail. Excellent experience.

這次經過trip預訂發生了問題，去到的時候他說我的房間已經給別人了，然後給了我普通便宜的房間，經過了一個小時的協商，才能找到折衷的辦法，然後酒店也告訴我下次不要經過這些平台預訂，因為他是經過日本國內旅行社二轉的容易出錯，最後還是沒有住到想要的房間 希望下次不會發生這樣的事情，然後這裏泡湯水質是很好，但是大浴場不大，

기승전결이 있었네요 도착후 친절하게 방을 안내받았지만 예약한 방과 달랐고 트립쪽 메모 실수라며 더 좋은 방으로 업그레이드 해주셨습니다. 이점은 시간좀 낭비했어도 나쁘지않았는데 문제는 저희동 쪽 자체가 엄청 추웠습니다. 난방도 온풍기로는 좀 부족하긴 했습니다ㅠ 노천료칸딸린 방이었으니 참고하시길 바랍니다. 직원분들 응대나 특히 조식은 개인적으로 마음에 들었습니다

우레시노온천역에서 도보 20분정도..엄마를 모셔갔는데 전날 하카타에서 너무 추워서 감기에 걸려서 택시 호출해서 감..호출비 200엔..버스,택시,사람 보기 힘든곳이었다..그럼에도 불구하고 큰마트도 근처에 있었고 다이소도 있었고 병원도 많았다. 호텔 노천탕이 공사중이라서 노천탕을 이용하려면 좀 걸어야했다.물론 호텔내에서..온천물이 너무 좋았고 우레시노 마을과 함께하기 캠페인으로 석식은 인근 이자카야에서 먹었는데 정말 맛있게 잘 먹었었다.객실 서비스도 좋았다.

這間飯店有自己的停車場，然後1樓大廳很漂亮，有販賣一些商品，規劃的都很漂亮，但是房間就不行了，我2025/12月23號去住，兩個大人一個小孩，房價是6053元台幣包含早餐，整個房間壁紙脫落木頭微微翹起，壁紙上面都有發霉的霉斑，潮濕味霉味很重，下次去嘻野不會再考慮這一家，台灣人也請好好思考一下

여기 호텔은 정말 좋네요. 시설도 좋고 온천이 특히 좋아요. 야외 온천도 구성되어있고 정원도 엄청 이쁘게 잘해 놓아서 만족도가 높습니다.

직원분들도 모두 친절하시고 주변 산책하기도 좋았어요! 무엇보다 온천물이 👍👍 일본와서 여기만 있다가 가도 충분할거같아요.

시설은 좀 오래된듯 하지만 저녁 샤브샤브 요리가 너무 만족스러웠고 온천도 깨끗이 관리가 되어있네요 1층의 일본차 카페도 너무 고급스럽고 좋았습니다

房間很舊的，建議住新樓。衛生還可以。早餐晚餐食物水準一般。位置有點遠。工作人員服務態度友善，但是回覆客人電郵解說不清楚
