"I really liked the hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and located right next to the sea. Water was provided upon check-in, along with shampoo and shower gel. It's a shame the restaurant didn't serve breakfast, but there are a lot of pebbles nearby. I highly recommend it!"

"Un nuevo hotel pequeño, situado cerca del mar, a 5-7 minutos a pie. Las habitaciones son modernas, el personal es muy amable, siempre listo para ayudar. Hay un café en el hotel. En general nos gustaba mucho. Consideraremos este hotel para alojamiento la próxima vez."

"I had to wait until I got back to write this review, because I didn't want to ruin the rest of my vacation by remembering my experience in Kolkhida. The swimming pool, the garden, the building (to some extent), and of course the beach, are very nice. But everything else... -The room and the bathroom were unbelievably dirty and rusty. -They only bring water bottles to the room once (the day you check in). -They don't bring coffee or tea to the room (and no cups as well), but there is a kettle. -The mattress was totally worn out and had springs coming out of it. -The wifi was not working. -The food they served was very bland (Soviet Union style). -And the room price was super expensive for what they were offering. When I went to talk to the management about it, they were caring and apologetic at first. But then an old lady came in and talked to the manager in Georgian, then left (I later found out that she was the owner). After that the manager was cold and careless with me and even told me "if you don't like it you can leave". And that's what I did. I left after spending 1 night out of 4. The resort has a lot of potential to be a wonderful holiday destination, but with this management and the way they're running things, it's just heartbreaking. I will go to Ureki again because I fell in love with its sandy beach, but never again in Kolkhida."

"¡Buen día! Hotel superó todas las expectativas! Excelente ubicación(a la mar 3 min), habitaciones limpias y todo el territorio, hermosa piscina, excelente desayuno y una increíble actitud hacia todos los huéspedes! Nos encontramos en el hotel, pero no nos quedamos esperando, sino que nos trajeron café con deliciosa comida y se sentaron tan pronto como las habitaciones se limpiaron. Muchas gracias por ello. Todos nuestros deseos, preferencias se tomaron en consideración inmediatamente. ¡Por ser llevado a la estación, por separado, gracias. Nunca me he sentido tan bienvenido a un huésped, tan mucha atención y participación!!! Sólo deseo prosperidad!"

"Hotel is clean, rooms with balconies, breakfast is included. To the beach 2-3 minutes. Nearby is a large number of restaurants and shops. Very cheerful, caring hosts, help with all the questions, resepschen works 24 hours a day. The hotel can leave things free of charge. The hotel can also arrange a transfer to Batumi and Kutaisi airports, it is cheaper than calling a taxi."

"Horrible!! I don't recommend it!! Let's start with the hotel... The staff is completely indifferent to guests' requests. We were given a room overlooking a noisy street. When we asked for a quieter room, a very smiling young man at reception showed us a much worse room and assured us it was the only one available... even though we noticed the hotel was half-empty several evenings... not pleasant... The place is noisy. On one side, tourists are singing under the windows on the main street, on the other, music from cafes plays until late at night and drunken shouts can be heard. If you want a quiet, family vacation, this is NOT the place! From the outside, the hotel looks nice and pleasant. The rooms (and we stayed in several) are quite dated... the furniture is barely ventilated. The furniture is old and dirty. Stains on the walls and curtains. The shower layout is terrible. After one shower, the water is everywhere... the toilet, toilet paper, water flows into the room... The shower pressure is terrible! It looks beautiful in the photos and description. In reality, it's not quite like that. I recommend looking at other options! Or consider Batumi."
