It was way better than I thought it would be for only 77 dollars a night. For sure will be going back.

Seems as though all of the vending and ice machines weren't working on the first floor. Lots games were out of order as well. I'm also pretty sure my room had a mouse in it.

The hot tub and slides are back up and running! Our favorite close to home getaway and the boys love the water park :)

Been wanting to bring the kids here for awhile and so glad we did! Got a poolside suite and it was fabulous! The water park is under going some construction so the water slide and hot tub are out of service until late March so we will definitely be going back. Drinks at the bar are a little pricey but not terrible. The beds were comfy, room was very clean!! Definitely going back and the only reason i didnt do 5 stars in all categories was because of the maintenance on the hot tub and slides. Also, cutest little arcade called the Treasure Chest!!

I called before hand to see if the slides and hot tub were open as that’s what we really wanted and they told us yes and when we got there both of them were shut down. We were really disappointed.

Do not book on *******, call the resort. The staff here are so friendly, I enjoyed every interaction with them. Unfortunately for us, we booked this hotel for the water park. It was our sons birthday and we were in town for my daughters gymnastics meet. The main slides and hot tubs were shut down. Not only that but the splash pad and tinny pool is not even open Monday-Friday from 11-4pm. We checked in on a Thursday for a pool day on Friday. Paid extra for a suite to have room to open presents in-between pool time. The room was run down a bit, missing closet door, living room TV would turn off and you would have to mess with the cord every few minutes among other things I would say if you have a family and want to have a good time at the water park. The staff is friendly enough to look over the conditions. But you NEED to call them to verify if the pool is open and the hours. Other wise it is just money down the drain and a disappointing stay and very upset children.

So this is a wild ride but here we go. We checked in for a 3 night stay and had a poolside room. The key to our poolside door never worked with our key despite going to the desk 4 times. No biggie, we could just use the other door. Our room inside was dark and humid and had paint chipping on the walls near the bed. The bathroom door never fully closed. On the last night of our stay we made the mistake of exiting through our poolside door and realized when we arrived back at 9pm that we had our other door latched. We went to the desk and asked for help. We waited around an hour and kept checking when they'd send someone. Finally a woman came and tried to open our door with a master key. It still did not work. She said maintenance would come. It was close to 11pm at this point when I went to our car to grab something. I came back into the lobby only to hear two employees absolutely screaming at each other over our door issue. I didn't feel safe interjecting so I went to wait back up by our room with my friend. My friend went down to see what was going down and he mentioned to me that the police were now outside. Apparently the argument had escalated and I am not sure how. Mind you, my room is still locked with my stuff in it, a long with a medication that I need to take in a timely manner. My friend came back up (time now closer to midnight) and said they were putting us in a different room for the night and we could access our old room in the m

My family and I stayed while at the AAU Junior Olympics. The staff was nice and courteous. It is not a bad facility. I was able to get in the hot tub. The major slide was not working and the hotel sent a notification in advance. The hotel was on top of things. The restaurant was good. After we had a late arrival, I was happy the restaurant was still open after being on the road all day. Overall, my rate would be 8.5 out of 10.
