Great location and free parking onsite. The hotel is not very new but it is clean to go. Good choice when you want to stay in Brisbane.

On holiday from tassie. The location was quite central, short 25mins to the city. Next to westfield shopping center Looking very dated mercure - old school vibe But service was great, professional Most of the other guest are tradie or on business trip, probably company paid. $4 laundry 30mins, $4 dryer 43mins, $1 laundry powder $22 for breakfast, there are a lot other cafes surrounding. Though it is next to highway, quite peaceful.

Convenient location, decent price and room size Low rating mainly due to slacked housekeeping service… They don’t seem to do vacuuming at all during your stay, can clearly see hair and dust still left on the floor even after the room has been made, and sometimes they forgot to clear the bin even when it’s full There was one morning when they knocked on our door at 9am, we asked them to come back again but they never did on that day

The room is very spacious, bed comfortable, clean and receptionist very friendly. the hotel is within close proximity to Westfield. There is a guest laundry if needed, restaurant/cafe downstairs with paid breakfast. We enjoyed our short stay :)

Located near a shopping center but far from CBD. The room need renovation.

The location was perfect, being so close to the shopping mall. The service was good, and the room was spacious. The only issue was that the toilet tap kept leaking and couldn’t be stopped, but aside from that, everything was very good.

I recently stayed at the Mercure Upper Mt Gravatt and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the reception staff were very accommodating. They assisted us with adding breakfast after check-in and even offered to move our room closer to the lift to better support my elderly mother. The free parking was a bonus, and the hotel’s location is excellent. However, there were several areas that need improvement. Our room (305) had a broken door, and each time we opened it, it made a loud noise that could easily disturb other guests. Housekeeping standards were below expectations — dirty cups were left in the room, and the bed sheets were not changed over our three-night stay. Breakfast was another disappointment. At $26 per person, it felt overpriced for the limited variety. The buffet offered the same items every day, and the à la carte options were very restricted. Overall, while the staff and location were commendable, the condition of the room, housekeeping, and breakfast experience left much to be desired.
