Удобное расположение, тёплый приём, чистота номеров,тихое место, как раз для отдыха! Вкусный завтрак! Возможность раннего заселения и позднего выезда. Соблюдение всех пожеланий. Было приятно находится в командировке.

Расположение отеля, конечно, не его конёк. В частном секторе, из инфраструктуры в пешей доступности - только краснобелый магазин. 4 этажа без лифта. В номерах есть всё нужное для короткого быта - посуда, чайник, кондиционер, телевизор, легкий набор гигиенических принадлежностей и тп. Всё безупречно чисто. Персонал выше всяческих похвал - такой душевности не то, что в сетевых, в сильно провинциальных отелях не встретишь. Регулярная качественная уборка. Важным отличием от подавляющего большинства отелей Ульяновска является наличие практически круглосуточно функционирующей внутренней инфраструктуры: тут есть очень приличные и гуманные по цене комплексные обеды и ужины, и, что немаловажно при временных ограничениях, - бар с ассортиментом от пива и вина до водок, коньяков и виски. Особого внимания заслуживает завтрак. Он по меню, и съесть весь предлагаемый комплекс под силу разве что спортсмену в период активных тренировок: каши, блюда из яиц, овощи, мясопродукты, холодные и горячие бутерброды, творог, йогурт, выпечка, и прекрасный кофе из кофемашины, который круглосуточно доступен за очень умеренные деньги.
