Apartment style resort. Three blocks. Stayed in Block A (Acacia) 2 bedroom horizon suite. All in we had a pleasant stay. Very large clean space with kitchen, dining, hall, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. First bedroom had a king size bed with attached bathroom. The second room had a queen size bed. Another bathroom is common type. And kitchen also comes with coway water dispenser, microwave and fridge. Good atmosphere and surrounding. Breakfast spread was simple but delicious. Cakes spready was marvellous and tasted awesome! Other common items like fried noodles, nasi lemak, egg and noodle soup stations, breads/croissont/muffin, wedges/sausages, beef bacon, fruits. Only comment i have is instead of the nescafe machine in the room, would prefer to have the coffee sachets. And the condiments (snacks, nescafe pods) are only free for the first night of stay.

Superb experience staying at the Banjaran, the service is excellent and every detail is taken care of. Special shoutout to Veron for giving us a tour and explaining in great detail of each facilities. He has went the extra to make our stay comfortable, extremely greatful.

Best to stay - as its near the lost world theme park - easy to access. I found it overpriced compared to the facilities I got - The quality of bathroom utilities provided was not that great too - but manageable I found Banjaran Hotel spring resort way better than this one - more classy and private view and usage of hotspring Lost way hotel is way too overpriced for the facilities they give - example - plastic chair in the room for one twenty dollars per night?

An decent sleepover after long drive from JB. We're checked in at 10pm. Though room quite small but it's clean and enough space for solat. Floor, bed and washroom all clean. Just when we arrived and opened the door, a cigarette smell kicked in.. but after turned on AC and fan, after awhile, the smell gone. We are 2 adults with one 4yo kid. May need bigger room if you are with bigger family.
