Fast checkin and checkout, good breakfast. Staff was helpful. Got free upgrade ;)

Everything was good except the air conditioner. It’s was too hot because all the hotel was in the same temperature. That why I couldn’t sleep well

The rooms were small and definitely if you are a large family get the bigger room. Eventhough the rooms were dated, the bathroom was clean, however the carpet in the room was nasty. I am not used to wearing room slippers, so I walked around in my bare feet and I could feel certain sticky patches on the floor which was extremely disgusting. They are also very strict on the check in and check out timing, Check out was strictly 11am and they would have charged me 11,000W per hour if I needed the room till 1pm. Location wise is decent for it's price, lots of K-BBQ places around that open till late, however the location of the OTHER Lotte Hotel Ulsan (not city) better. Would have preferred that area.

Convenient location. Bus stop easy accesible. Food and convenient stall along the way. Lobby has a mini mart for snacks and drinks

The hotel was clean, staff was helpful and friendly. Some instructions were not clear about parking on the reservation info or even at the desk but we managed to find it online. It’s located in central Ulsan, however is a bit far from Ulsan train station.

Horrible experience! If you are planning on staying here and have a car, be very careful. Their parking lot is always full and you will have to park a few blocks away. Very inconvenient. Also if you request a late checkout they will only give you if you pay an additional fee which was outrageous. They have no customer service whatsoever. They really need to look up the work Hospitality and start providing that to all there guest. Hopefully they resolve these issues soon!
