The chalet was so clean and comfy! Had a great stay with my boyfriend. It’s a little cold at night during winter season, heater not powerful enough but still ok for the night 👍🏻 everything else was great.

Located at 50 mins drive from Mt. Cook and has a few restaurants available nearby. For the room amenities, i will rate 2 out of 5 only due to poor drainage at toilet basin, broken toilet bowl cover and low water pressure at the shower. The kitchen basin has both cold and hot water outlet each, so is either u feel extremely cold or extremely hot during dish washing. Quite inconvenient.

It’s really a good place to live. Parking available, staff are friendly, petrol stations near by.

The place was fantastic! Has a living room/kitchen, bedroom was away from kitchen. Has 2 heaters, 2 TVs! Of course everything was very clean and very quiet. Bed was clean and comfortable too. All in all, 5 stars!

Good location and simple kitchen is very helpful to eat fruits. It's not modern but facilities are well and can park in front of room. Reception is not open on-time when i checked out. 🥲

Good location not far from main road, it’s convenient to go to any area. Room is clean and room size is quite nice.

Ideal rest stop for night stay after good hike at mt cook  and enjoying fresh catch salmon sashimi nearby.

It is nice, clean and friendly. The reception opens until 8pm, fits for late arrivals

It is a pretty cottage! And it was very clean and there is TV with streaming app. The location is also nice, close to the town.

The hotel has a great location, and the environment is very nice.

Good value for money and good view

the first floor was really cold, heater in the room didn’t seem to be working. so i slept in the beds at the top floor where there were electric blankets. location is great, just a short drive from the town centre. good pit stop for the night. would be a cosy stay for a family if it wasn’t in winter. it was great that i could park right outside the room.

The room looked like it had not been cleaned properly. There were hairs in the shower area, and the toilet paper was already half-used instead of being replaced with a new roll. The bed sheets were yellowish, especially at the top, where they appeared dark and stained, making them look old and unclean. The comforter was in a similar condition. The microwave smelled terrible. There was rust inside, along with leftover sauce or some other unknown stains. The reception was supposed to be open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, but no one was there whenever we needed assistance. When we checked out, there was still no staff present, and there wasn't even a key drop box available to leave the keys. The TV also had no channels available. Overall, it was a terrible experience and definitely not worth the money.
