Cuando llegamos a la recepción, encontramos que el estacionamiento disponible no era gratuito (13€ por 24h no muy mal), había una cocina de 20 minutos a la recepción (al parecer todo el día que queríamos preguntar algo que decidimos sobrevivir sin). Nos encontramos en el hotel, pero no en el hotel. Habríamos contactado con la recepción, pero como ya se ha dicho, el largo tiempo de espera no era una opción con un toddler cada vez más impaciente. Tenemos una cena agradable, descendimos a la piscina sólo para descubrir que sólo había una habitación de vestir para hombres y mujeres, que se reservaba para mujeres 17-19, y hombres 19.30-22, cuando tenían sus turnos de sauna. No es tan divertido para una familia de viajes que tiene que enviar al hombre arriba a duchar en la habitación en lugar de poder hacerlo abajo por la piscina. La escalera a la piscina era muy difícil de usar y una mujer mayor que nos conocimos dijo que apenas se levantó y llamó la escalera ”sólo para personas deportivas”. y disfrutamos de una breve visita a la sauna. Entonces nos dirigimos a la habitación para un descanso muy necesario, sólo para descubrir que no había aire acondicionado en la habitación. En general es un hotel muy que ofrece excelentes opciones de entretenimiento y comida. Pero tengo un par de comentarios que lo harían aún mejor. Las habilitaciones no contaban con aire acondicionado y fue imposible dormir con solo dos ventiladores, el baño y cuarto no estaban muy limpios tampoco. Las regaderas para las albercas muy resbaloso y los lockers muy viejos

On a freezing cold and windy April day at Ruissalo we called at the Spa hotel for a warm meal while waiting for bus transportation. The restaurant was offering a buffet lunch with hot soup and we thought it was ideal for the occasion. However the staff were most objectionable when we asked for a table and in spite of there being an abundance of empty seats we were refused entry on the basis of only groups should be admitted. When asked for their definition of group - there were four in our party - we were ushered to the cafe counter where the only offerings were underwhelming and overpriced bread rolls and weak coffee. I have not experienced such service and would not recommend anyone to patronise the restaurant.

Trip.com servicio era realmente pobre. Este era un hotel de autoservicio. Tou sólo compartir mi nombre con el hotel, por lo que el hotel no pudo contactarme y enviar el código de acceso y el número de habitación. Me toma el registro del tiempo para aclarar su error.
Nunca he utilizado un sistema de reserva de hotel tan pobrelu organizado como trip.com
