Sirius Deluxe Hotel

The hotel itself is very grand and all areas are well maintained for cleanliness. Before I say anything else.. The restaurant staff were wonderful. They were very friendly and quickly gained the trust of my little boy who loved interacting with them. Thank-you so much for making his 1st birthday a special memory! We appreciated it. Pic attached! The rooms are excellent size and very comfortable. We only used the main restaurant which was good. There were some days where food was a bit cold, but overall there was always something available. The pastries and desserts were delicious ! The pools are great with lots of deck chairs available. The only downside was other hotel guests "towel reserving" some of the nicer seating areas which was against hotel policy. There is a salon on site and the hairdresser is brilliant. I booked in for a colour change, keratin treatment and Brazilian blow dry and would highly recommend him.

This was the 3rd time we had stayed at Sirius Deluxe and yet again we were disappointed. From the check in at 3am we were met with 2 very pleasant and helpful reception staff. There is some familiar faces over the years that always put a smile on all our faces from Mahmut in the restaurant who couldn’t do enough for us and Nancy he always has a smile on his face and went the extra mile for us to make sure we had everything we needed. The food at breakfast, dinner and tea time there was always so much choice and the desserts are unbelievable 😍 The entertainment team from Alex and mehmet were fantastic all day and night they worked so hard to keep everyone entertained and it fun packed day. The evening shows were really good as well especially the fire show! And Nancy always loved her mini disco and the Balloons! That Alex made 🤣 And of course we can’t forget Siri and the new addition of Lilly the 2 dogs so friendly and they always love a good stroke and belly tickle.

Superb. First time in Turkey and already want to go back. Selection and quality of the food is amazing, facilities are great with pool and sea with plenty of beds to go round, and I have never seen a cleaner hotel! Room lovely and spacious with amazing rainforest shower, only surprise was no tea and coffee facility in the room (no bother as I don’t drink it but have got used to it being a staple). Cannot complement the staff enough, especially Mahmut in the main restaurant, Hasan in the lobby bar, Ibrahim at the beach bar and of course the animation team Ika, Mehmet and Eren. Every one has gone out of their way to make sure our whole family but especially my baby boy feel included in everything and having an amazing time. Thank you Sirius team!

There are so many positives to this hotel that I couldn’t possibly write them all and this would be a novel! Sirius Deluxe has to be one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff never stop! The rooms are comfortable with everything you would need throughout your stay. The all inclusive choice is amazing and there is a definite Turkish theme so if you’re looking for a Full English breakfast then it’s not for you. Thankfully we love trying new things and it’s great to go somewhere that sticks to their own country’s cuisine. There is definitely something for everyone. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We never had cause to complain at all. We hired one of the bungalows on the pier and for 20 euros for the day it was a bargain. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to the Sirius Deluxe and would highly recommend it.

We were welcomed promptly on arrival. The hotel has great atmosphere and ambience. The staff are all amazing, hard working and always on hand to help. The facilities are great with gym, indoor heated pool, turkish bath area, sauna and steam room included as standard. Food is another aspect that is great! Plenty of vegetarian and vegans options so you ll enjoy yourself as we did if you are vegan or follow a plant based diet. Nuh was great to cater with our requests to make specific type of plain bread. (To the hotel owner or kitchen chef: keep up with the vegan and vegetarian options you have 👍🏼). The entertainment and animation team are fantastic with keeping an active atmosphere with lots of activities throughout the day (table tennis, darts, water polo, shooting, wood games and dances). They organise shows in the evening for entertainment also. We had a lovely time would want to come again!

Before we arrived we read all the TripAdvisor reviews and were suspicious of sheer number of positive reviews, although we can say that they are all real. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and accommodating staff who made us feel more than welcome and even gave us an upgrade to a full sea view room. The hotel even has a table full of awards displayed proudly in the lobby. Food is an integral part of any holiday experience and this trip did not disappoint. The buffet offered a broad range of options that catered to all our family's tastes and dietary requirements. The food was very similar everyday, but there was still plenty to choose from. We had a meal in the Turkish a la carte restaurant on the last night and it was delicious. The hotel was well-equipped with plenty of sunbeds, ensuring that the usual early morning rush to claim one was not a problem. There is constantly music played by the pool so if you want a quiet spot, then head down to the beach or the promenade. Our sons (12 and 13) thoroughly enjoyed the trip, even if our 13-year-old spent a large portion of holiday sat in the coffee shop on his phone! However, one downside was the lengthy transfer time from the airport. At 1 hour and 45 minutes, it was quite a trek, especially after a long flight. This slight inconvenience didn't overshadow the overall experience, but it's something to keep in mind for those with younger children or those who may struggle with longer journeys. Overall, I would highly recommend this holiday destination to families with young teens. The combination of fantastic food, friendly staff, and great facilities made for a memorable experience. Don't let the long transfer time deter you; this family holiday is worth every minute!

Hotel is beautiful. Food is good and staff are so helpful. Memmet in particular was lovely and catered to all of our needs. Hotel is spotlessly clean and rooms were cleaned promptly every day. Would highly recommend and will be coming back again.
