Beautiful hotel and location.

This hotel is very inflexible. I have accidentally booked a wrong date with the external.bokljng agency and immediately reached out to them within the same day and they were not responsive for a few.days and after a few followups, they didn't even bother to allow me to change the dates. I really was very excited for my trip but now the experience is entirely ruined

Hired one of theirHuts/ apartments with it's own sauna to celebrate my birthday. Great size, very clean & great location. ( Stayed in A1) Was also lucky as there was a Karaoke evening close by as well.Animal friendly & very private, just have to get used the sound of the snow scooters !

A lovely hotel in an absolutely beautiful setting! We stayed here (myself, my husband and 5 friends) for 3 nights on an organised Transun holiday. The rooms are exactly as shown online, the decor is lovely, it is very clean and tidy and there’s plenty of room. The views out of the floor to ceiling windows are beautiful and we saw the Northern lights from them. We were full board and this consisted of buffet meals, although I believe there is A la carte available. The food was good, with adequate choice. There was always salad available, with 2 hot meals to choose from at dinner with vegetable accompaniments. The only real criticism would be that it would be nice to have some cheese on the dinner buffet, as there were always crackers out but nothing to eat them with! The staff were great, friendly but not intrusive, and always helpful when needed. The best thing about the hotel is where it is. Kilpisjärvi and the surrounding area is remote and beautiful! We visited the local shop, cafe bar and had a couple of tours, all of the people were lovely and friendly!

Beautiful, very modern hotel, we stayed for 4 nights on Full Board for a snowmobile safari tour, booked with Lynne’s World Of Travel. The double room was immaculate with fantastic floor to ceiling picture window, giving incredible views, which we were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights from. The room was always a nice warm temperature. Lovely and hot shower with modern contemporary fittings. Food was of an exceptional quality. Staff all very friendly and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. Wonderful location in Kilpisjärvi, just a short walk from supermarket, bar/cafe. Amazing walks directly from the hotel around the Saana Fell. Would return in a heart beat.

Incredibly nice looking and modern hotel. The rooms were stunning. Parking close to the rooms. Excellent service and we really enjoyed the breakfast. The stay felt very price worthy as we did not expect this nice of a hotel considering the price.
