¡El Chau Long Sapa Hotel exceeded nuestras expectativas! Nos encantó su ubicación céntrica pero tranquila, perfecta para explorar el mercado y las tiendas locales. La habitación era muy espaciosa, con un balcón que ofrecía unas vistas impresionantes. El personal fue muy amable y nos ayudaron a organizar excursiones por Sapa. El desayuno buffet era excelente y la piscina cubierta era ideal para relaj****. ¡Una experiencia inolvidable!

Chau Long Sapa Hotel es un excelente lugar para aloj**** en Sapa. El precio es muy razonable y la ubicación es muy conveniente. El restaurante es muy agradable y ofrece un desayuno delicioso. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y bien equipadas. En general, es un gran valor para el dinero. Recomendaría encarecidamente el hotel a cualquiera que visite la zona.

El personal fue increíble, nos cuidó con una encantadora hospitalidad. Amamos todo sobre este hotel, amamos el desayuno más, todo aquí es una mezcla entre la moderna cultura francesa y MONG local. Desde la sensación y el aspecto. ¡Recomendamos a todos que se queden aquí con seguridad!

Hotel con excelente relación calidad precio, muy bien ubicado y en la calle mas vistosa de Sapa. Buen desayuno y muy buen servicio del personal. Nos reservaron el bus de vuelta a Hanoi y se encargaron de todo.

Nos atendieron muy bien, todo el personal muy dispuesto en todo momento. Nos dieron antes la habitación y siempre muy atentos con nosotras. La comida del restaurante muy buena y tenían opciones internacionales. La piscina está bien! Gran hotel repetiría sin duda

We were delighted with our stay at Chau Long Hotel. Its location on a quiet side street offered a peaceful retreat while still being within easy reach of Sapa’s attractions. Each room felt inviting with a home-like atmosphere , and the views of Fansipan Mountain from our balcony were spectacular. We highly recommend Chau Long Hotel for its excellent service, convenient location and breathtaking surroundings.

I walked into the hotel looking for a room and was attended by the kindest and most hospitable receptionist. She suggested I make my booking via agoda to get better price and later decided to give me a free upgrade to a bigger room with mountain view balcony, and bathtub. Also there is lift! Such a relief for my problem knees because previous night I had booked a room online without checking if there was lift. Everything in the room works perfect, bed was comfortable, and great view from the room and breakfast restaurant. I highly recommend!

We loved the unique design of the Chau Long Sapa, it felt like staying in a cozy stone castle! The location in the heart of Sapa town was incredibly convenient, with everything within walking distance. Our room was spacious, with a lovely balcony and a breathtaking view of the mountains. Every morning, the hearty breakfast buffet set us up for a day of exploring. Overall, the warm hospitality and comfortable setting made our stay extra special.

This is very nice hotel in Sapa town area. .. The hotel is clean, bigger room and have very nice scenes view from room balcony. Beside that, this hotel also have bunch of very good and helpful hotel staffs. They let us check in very earlier morning without make any extra charges, thus, can allow us take a good rest before explore the sapa area. Really thanks for this!
