Hotel Faraon

We stayed for 3 weeks, at the turn of July and August. The hotel was cool, the people were nice and smiling, the great animators Karolina and Lucia, perfectly matched. Unfortunately, Lucia left and was replaced by another animator Nika, she was not involved at all from the beginning, everything was done by an animator from the Czech Republic. Then Nika started joining the evening disco for children, and to our surprise, she told everyone to rate her on Trip advisor, we wonder why? It could be seen that the girls did not understand each other very well, so Nika brought a friend who she had with her the whole time and started doing bingo as well, so that the other friend could film her doing bingo and the mini-disco, which for the first time that evening lasted for half clock. My husband and I were very surprised by this and said we would definitely write a review. In the end, the girl left the Czech Republic and Nika had to go and do aquagym. She chose the same music, but the dances were for children. rather to the kids club. You could see a lot of surprised people in the water that something completely different was being done and to make matters worse, Nika was doing aquagym for about 10 minutes because the music stopped playing. Not at all interested in what happened, she ended it and left. The people in the water did not understand what was happening at all. I think animators should be chosen more carefully and there should be some oversight of how they do their work. Lucia and Karolina were great for us, even if Lucia was missing a little smile, she went to see the collaboration between the animators. Nika only walked among people and wanted a review, this is not very good for the hotel.

Great beach, stuf was great. Rooms clean. All as expexted, many different activities included in hotel both for adults and kids expecialy mini club was great for kids (Nika and Lucija) was great and kind with kids.......................

Excellent service from the reception to the restaurant. The hotel is clean, and the staff is helpful and friendly. The restaurant offers a large selection of superbly prepared dishes, whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner. The rooms are okay and from balcony you have a beautiful view of the sea. Free parking is a few minutes' walk from the hotel. We will return to this hotel definitely.

The hotel is terrible, dirty, the furniture is uncomfortable and ruined. The pool is dirty, the snack time at the pool is terrible, the behavior of the tourists at the snack time is desperate, eating and stealing food from each other...all in all, a desperate experience.

Великолепный отель за свои деньги! Начитавшись отзывов - очень переживала, но это было зря! Отель потрясающий!!! Сам отель находится в райском месте. Природа настолько красива, что чувствуешь себя на экзотических островах. Отель очень чистый. Белоснежная постель и полотенца. Убирается все каждый день. Номера имеют выход на море. Море сразу у ног когда выходишь с отеля. Еда очень хорошая и разнообразная. Комплексный завтрак, хороший обед и потрясные ужины. На ужины были : стейки тунца, кальмары гриль, венские шницели и в целом много мяса гриль. Рыба, овощи, фрукты, всяческие десерты - само собою разумеется. Арбуз и мороженое каждый день. Фото прилагаю! Отлично ловит вай-фай везде и даже на пляже! Кто работает и должен быть на связи - пожалуйста будьте уверены, что связь в отеле отличная! Те кто пишет плохие отзывы, перед тем как делать это, спросите себя, а сколько вы заплатили?! Отель достаточно бюджетный по европейским меркам и полностью оправдывает свои деньги более чем! Многие хотят сервиса как у отелей 5* но забывают, что такие отели стоят от 500€ в сутки… Я призываю людей судить объективно! Много разочарованы из-за лифта, но если лифт так важен, можно заранее оговорить этот вопрос и с чемоданами поможет персонал. Кто-то пишет плохо, что берут деньги за питомцев - при мне собачка «наделала» на ковралин и персонал приступил к чистке ковра - это труд человека и имущество отеля. Нужно это понимать! Тот кто ценит дары природы - вам сюда! Приезжайте и никого не слушайте! Тишина, покой, чистота и бирюзовая лагуна… P.S… Если здесь сделают капитальный ремонт, поймите, что цена будет абсолютно другая и наслаждаться такой лагуной за бюджетные деньги будет больше невозможно! Будет гораздо дороже!
