Ideal for a Weekend trip without children - and a wonderful place to eat, enjoy the landscape and the accomodations of a cosy hotel and spa.

Staff very friendly but it s not enough... The pool was perfect on sunday and a disaster on monday : was very dirty and no pool service =＞ not a 5 stars service. The restaurant : no more service at the end, so i have to get up and serve myself (wine and water). A tiny detail : the dishes stay too long under the hotlamp.＞ not a 5 stars service. The room was really smelly (known by the staff). I had another room for the second night and not the same service ( no one on the evening service).=＞ not a 5 stars service. For more than 1 000 euros for 2 nights,it is too much for the quality. Anyway not a 5 stars hotels. Go somewhere else

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff and the beautifull hotel were terrific. We are certainly planning to go back and see more of this area and will definitily stay in this hotel.

We had a great diner with our kids and the pool lady was so kind all week! But the hotelservice was not good. At day 1 we mentioned an issue with the mechanical ventilation in the second bathroom. The sound was far to loud and sounded broken. In the master bedroom it work fine with far lest noice. Instead of fixing the problem, nobody did anything about it. Every day we mentioned it again and on our last day, the reception told us the sound was normal… We just left

Very nice hotel, staff friendliness is great, indoor and outdoor pool top, outdoor pool area with a little bar is top class, spa is small but nice, hotel rooms are clean and in very good conditions, great views to the lake, restaurant is top class and the dinner menu outstanding - we loved it and will be back - next time staying 2-3 nights and playing a game of golf on a day

Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Special thanks to Kenny who came through multiple times. We were celebrating a birthday for a 10-year-old and the service and accommodation couldn't have been better. Beyond that, the well-cared-for property with fabulous views, has such a great balance. A small number of rooms and lots of amenities. Very comfy all around.

Almost perfect, charming staff but lack of management. At the reception the friendliness of the staff gives you the feel of being really welcome. The location of the hotel couldn’t be better offering a stunning view. The renovated rooms in the elegant building are comfortable. The Spa is also very good. Overall the hotel could be one of the best but unfortunately it does not meet the level which someone expects in this price category. The (invisible) management seems to be part of an investment company lacking even the basics of the Hotel and Restauration business. We could list a lot of details but won’t bore you with that. The friendliness of the staff compensates to a great extend the lack of management and training. Further we booked for 2 nights and weren’t aware that the hotel seems to be concentrating on short term bookings only. We enjoyed the „menu de degustation“ very much but didn’t feel like eating the same (4 or 6 course) dinner the next day again. The only alternative was „something in the room“. It’s not possible to eat anything else on the terrace/restaurant. The bistro was closed. A rather strange concept. We also recommend to ask for a table on the wonderful terrace in front of the house and definitely not in front of the very loud and annoying ventilation system of the house. These 3 tables should be only given to elderly guests who can switch off their hearing aid…;-) With the help of an international hotel manager this hotel could be converted very quickly into one of t h e addresses around the lake.
