飯店工作人員態度親切、熱誠，地點位置極佳，離公車站走路三分鐘，臨十和田湖，房間均面湖，房內設計高雅，早餐雖是自助，不過也很方便，大澡堂外還提供免費冰棒，真的很貼心，lobby 的休息空間也面湖，提供一個悠閒自在的活動空間，每房每天每人提供泡麵乙碗，加line好友，還可以任選飲品一罐，唯一覺得需要改進的是，房間的椅子雖然舒適，但是太矮，以致坐在椅子上只能望向天空，浪費了湖景之美。

十和田湖酒店很少，這家感覺是當地最好的一家了。服務員不會中文，用英文或者翻譯軟件交流，態度很好，辦理入住很快。房間很贊，就在湖邊風景宜人。和室需要自己鋪被褥。晚餐是提供食材料包，需要自己煮，有點意外😳浴場開放時間挺長，可以洗温泉。房間內也有簡單衞浴。

房間乾淨整潔，服務態度很好，酒店入住體驗非常不錯，很滿意，出國旅行酒店還是很重要的，下次出行還會考慮滴

價格比十和田湖的民宿貴了不少，但酒店就在湖邊，很治癒。加上酒店的温泉很方便，還是很推薦。十和田湖很多設施已經沒有開，所以可供選擇的酒店也沒那麼多。

我完全無想到晚餐要自己煮Beef Shabu Shabu, 我們住兩晚, 兩晚食相同食物,食完間房全是牛肉味，早餐只有麵包! 訂房時完全沒有提, 只寫包早、晚餐!! 這是我住咁多次一泊兩食,
膳食最差的一間!!

日式塌塌米房間 小巧可愛，打開窗就是美美的十和田湖風景，天氣好的話可去湖邊散步，訂的是有廁所但沒浴室的房型，樓下可泡澡也還行。
