Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. The Hotel itself is very clean and well ordered. The location is perfect for restaurants, bars and marina. The beach is only 15 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive but very well worth looking up. I can't wait to go back!

This beautiful little hotel is a gem. The detail to quality and standards shone through everywhere you looked. It was absolutely spotless too, inside and out. The bedroom was lovely with a super comfortable bed and beautiful bed linen. Our only complaint would be the lack of plugs we could use with an adapter. (We’re from the UK) but we managed. The breakfast was great, lots of lovely pastries and fresh fruit in addition to cold meats and cheeses. The pool area was great, relaxingly quiet and peaceful. The pool was a little chilly but once you were in it was lovely and refreshing! I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Everything was amazing. The staff are all very lovely and go the extra mile to make your stay special. Simoni (bar man) was brilliant ❤️ giving us lots of details about the island and area and where to visit.

Had a horrible experience with this hotel. The reception staff gave us beach towels to use, but neglected to tell us that we werent supposed to take them outside of the hotel. We took them to the beach, and when we came back the person at the reception told us we'd be charged for the towels. We told them we didnt know about this rule and they proceded to call us liars and they were going to charge the whole group, instead of just the people involved. When we refused the extra charge the manager started screaming and threatening us. They were even refusing to give back our passports that were still behind the counter. We were scared to call the police because we dont speak Italian, and the insane manager was making us feel very unsafe while holding on to our passports. We felt like he could make up any accusation and we'd be in a difficult spot to explain the situation to the Italian police if they didnt speak English. Other employees were just standing there laughing and didnt care about the situation at all. We only got our passports back the next day after we paid the extra charges the manager made up. We felt robbed and very scared for our safety. Avoid this hotel and the insanely unfriendly staff at all cost!

Nice hotel, but unfortunately COVID has made an impact on the service level. Not very pragmatic in terms of giving the extra service you expect from a 4 star hotel. I gave this feedback directly to them, but not much happened. Besides a poor service level, the hotel itself is nice and the pool area is quiet and relaxing.

Be prepared for bad surprises! We had booked a Superior room with „fantastic view to the Gulf“. The room that we got was a small modestly furnished room, not even an armchair and the view was to the back yard. We said that this must be a mistake but they said no, it is a Superior room. We insisted to change the room and got finally a nice room with a pool view. And it was bigger and with nice decoration, so that was a real Superior room. They obviously wanted to cheat us by giving us a cheaper room! While waiting to get a better room I had to use the toilet of the first room. The concierge came to check the room and I told him that, he blew up totally, it was like I had destroyed the whole room! Finally I had to pay 25 € extra because they had to „desinfect the complete bathroom“ due to the hotel covid rules... We booked a table in the hotel restaurant for Saturday evening at 8 pm. Elegantly dressed, 2 min before 8 o‘clock, we were about to leave the room for the restaurant, when we got a call. We can not eat at 8 as reserved, because there is a group who came and wanted to eat at that time so they gave them priority and we can only come at 9 pm!!! We went to the reception and asked them to find a solution, but they said that either you eat at 9 or you go elsewhere. Finally we said that we‘ll go to the bar to have a drink and the hotel should offer it. We asked to have 2 cocktails from their list. After waiting for a long time somebody came and said that the manager has decided to offer us prosecco but no cocktails! It is a beautiful hotel with an excellent restaurant, but unfortunately the customer service and the general attitude about customers’ wishes and needs is NON-EXISTING. We finally just waited to get out of there.

Hotel is truly a 5 starts hotel all around. Receptionist (stefania) very helpful and professional and always on point with every detail. Cleaning crew was amazing. In fact the best crew i have ever seen in a hotel. Thanks for keeping our room clean and neat every day. AC in the room was very good since summer had already started Very close to center and other places to visit like “rocce rose, spiagge fraile, and other shops. Please visit lido di orri beach and cea beach. They are within 15mins in car from hotel. Best beaches in arbatax (for me) Restaurant/chef/and waitress 5 starts is not enough to said. Our dinner every night was awesome very tasty and fresh. The white vines are a must try for dinner. Veryyy good. Please try “aziaga” dessert is a typical sardo dessert and it is very good. waitress were very helpful and proffesional as well. Pool area is nice very joyful to be around. Very carribean feel. The landscaping is very on point. Very well taken care. Breakfast is amazing and was my favorite. You find everything, from intercontinental breakfast to crossaints and capuccino and so on. And is buffet. Best breakfast hands down. Spacious parking was excellent also very confortable. I highly recommend this hotel for families or anybody that visit arbatax area. Recommend half board better. We enjoy our stay in arbatasar. Thank you so much Marino for all your service. Hope we can visit again. Santiago.

Hotel molto accogliente, personale gentile e pronto ad accogliere le richieste dei clienti. Camera grande ,pulita,e dotata di tutti i confort...io ho apprezzato l asciuga capelli "vero".. di solito sono piccoli e con pochi watt. Molto buona pure la cena che proponeva una doppia scelta su antipasto, primo e secondo. Molto apprezzata la spa che aveva tutte le cose essenziali: piscina con getti,sauna,bagno turco,docce, possibilità di ricevere massaggi,angolo tisane e piccola palestra. Buona e varia la colazione CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Personale gentilissimo e professionale. Perfetta la pulizia in tutta la struttura. Ottima la ristorazione e la carta dei vini. Bravi. Unico consiglio: aumentare la temperatura dell'acqua nella piscina della SPA.
