We arrived to find silver fish. The first thing we did when we got there was to contact booking to see if we could cancel our booking and move out. They told us that we needed to get in contact with the hotel. We first made contact after 40 minutes in to our stay without them answering. Then we tried again and again for over 40 times before we got an answer. Our vacation was from Sunday until Saturday (6 nights), and we could not get out of the hotel before Thursday because lack of answer. This was horrible as a customer to experience. When we tried to contact them and finally got in touch, they just answered us that they did not believe it to the a problem needed to be treated. Instead of asking us if they could do anything for us, they just had us sitting there and waiting for a response because they did not believe us. I am shocked by the way they deal with their customers. The place is nice, the location is close to the train, so that is not an issue. But silver fish all over the apartment is. This was not all. We also had problems that the dishes was dirty when we got there, we had to start by washing the dishes. All in all, a good looking place with horrendous customer service, lack of human empathy and cleaning issues in a pandemic. I would not recommend to anyone. Sadly.
