La ubicación del hotel es inviable, fácilmente accesible desde el aeropuerto internacional de Toronto Pearson, por UP Express y el subterráneo. Y tiene muchos restaurantes cerca. La habitación y los muebles estaban un poco fechados, y la cama no estaba tan suave como quería, pero podía llevarla por dos noches.

El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, muy cómodo y seguro. Con más de 1.000 habitaciones, el negocio va muy bien. La suite está totalmente equipada, incluso tiene cocina y balcón, y la higiene es buena. Las instalaciones no son las más modernas pero tampoco son antiguas. Son mucho mejores que muchos hoteles en las grandes ciudades de Norteamérica y superaron las expectativas. Si vas al aeropuerto a las tres de la mañana, puedes pedirle al hotel que te ayude a reservar un taxi con un día de antelación, lo cual es más conveniente.

El hotel era muy bueno. El hotel entero parece haber sido renovado recientemente y las habitaciones son grandes y limpias. El personal del hotel fue muy útil y siempre estaba contento de ayudar! El desayuno incluido es camino a la mayoría de los hoteles para un desayuno complimentario. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, y es fácil venir y ir como quiera durante el día. ¡Recomiendo este lugar y me gustaría volver de nuevo!

First of all, BAD service attitude. When I checked out, the front desk stuff was playing with phone and ignored me. The cleaning stuff accused us of not cleaning up the bed so that she couldn’t make the bed. I understand, but her attitude is bad. I was offended. In addition, the fire alarm sounded in about 12:30 am! Although it is unavoidable issue, it still affected our rest. Last but not least, I booked for 4 nights. The hotel provided us 2 bottles of water in the first day. Then it would charged us for the water in rest of the days. I was thinking that if I “one day one check”, I would get 8 bottles of water for free. !!!!!

Tuve una terrible experiencia desencadenada por Trip.com El 1 de junio de 2022 hice esta reserva, y inmediatamente Trip.com dedució el costo de mi tarjeta de crédito. Cuando llegué al hotel, me dijeron que la reserva existe, pero que trip.com no pagó la reserva, por lo que tuve que pagarla con mi tarjeta de crédito. Trtip.com prometió devolverme el dinero a mi tarjeta de crédito, sin embargo, hasta ahora no he recibido nada. My wife and I recently spent three nights at the TownPlace Suites hotel in Markham, Ontario. We booked the room with our Bonvoy points, so I can’t comment on price. Markham is a suburb about 15 miles north of Toronto. We picked this location since it was near relatives we were visiting. It’s located on a fairly busy highway with various commercial businesses nearby. There is a Chinese restaurant (QJD Peking Duck), which we did not visit, on the first floor. The thirteen-story building actually holds two Marriott properties: Courtyard by Marriott on floors 2 - 8 and TownPlace on floors 9 - 14. The registration desk serves both hotels. The lobby has several areas for socializing. There also is a Bistro/Bar area. Conference rooms, a business center and a spa are off to the side. A fitness center and indoor pool are on the lower level. Wifi is free. Surprisingly, parking is not. Signs say that it costs $6 Canadian per day to park in the attached multi-level garage, but we apparently were not charged. Check-in was courteous and efficient. You need your keycard to access the elevator. TIP: There is no 13th floor; the elevator buttons go from 12 to 14! We were assigned room 915. TIP: the room was almost across the hall from the ice machine and one wall of the room directly abutted the elevator bank. While the noise was neglible, you might want to keep this in mind if you’re a very light sleeper. The room was clean and decorated in what I would call ikea style. It was like living in a studio apartment. A flat screen TV was on a two-drawer chest/dresser. A wall-mounted desk had overhead shelving, a vertical cupboard, desk chair and rollout table. The kitchen section had a sink, two-burner electric range top, coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher (!) and fairly large refrigerator. There were multiple cabinets and drawers filled with practically every kitchen item you’d need: pots, pans, dishes, flatware, soap, etc. And if they’re still something you might need, chances are you can get it from the front desk. (See pic.) A full-size closet contained an iron/ironing board. No sign of a safe. The sitting area contained a loveseat, ottoman and floor lamp. The king-size bed had five pillows. The bed was a little soft, but comfortable. It was flanked by nightstands and wall-mounted lamps with electric outlets. 
The bathroom was average-sized. The vanity had lots of counter space and several drawers. And a hair dryer. The shower was quite large, taking up about a third of the room. There was wall-mounted hand soap and hair/body wash (in the shower) by ALICE & Co+ botanicals. Shower pressure and temperature were fine. TIP: Don’t be alarmed when you flush the toilet - the sound is comparable to that generated by an airplane commode. Breakfast was included with the room and was served on the 14th floor. El hotel fue muy fácil de reservar a través de los servicios de la elite de Titanium, lo que hizo muy fácil el proceso y nos dio una buena actualización. El hotel dispone de una suite muy útil para acomodar con una pequeña cocina completa, incluyendo lavavajillas, plata, microondas, nevera de tamaño regular, cocina, cafetera. Muchos espacios de salón y TV en salón y dormitorio. Fácil de estacionar. Ellos tienen espacio exterior para grandes camiones F250 ya que un camión no se adaptará a su estacionamiento cubierto.

Nos fuimos al bar / pub en el hotel , tenemos que decir que la oferta de bar era IMAGINANT , tenía un golpe de mantener a todos felices , se comprometió , limpiaba las mesas , tomó las órdenes de comida , entregó las órdenes de comida , se limpió , y nadie se sentó con un vaso vacío ! ¡El bar es un buen bar , yo lo emplearía felizmente ! !
