El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, muy cómodo y seguro. Con más de 1.000 habitaciones, el negocio va muy bien. La suite está totalmente equipada, incluso tiene cocina y balcón, y la higiene es buena. Las instalaciones no son las más modernas pero tampoco son antiguas. Son mucho mejores que muchos hoteles en las grandes ciudades de Norteamérica y superaron las expectativas. Si vas al aeropuerto a las tres de la mañana, puedes pedirle al hotel que te ayude a reservar un taxi con un día de antelación, lo cual es más conveniente.

Try not being to miss breakfast, it ends promptly at 10 or 11 pn weekends. its the best variety and quality in a breakfaat buffet ive seen in a while. Desde la llegada al hotel fuimos recibidos muy amablemente, la habitación esta super confortable, tanto en dimensiones como en mobiliario, la habitación cuenta con cocineta que es muy útil para una emergencia o preparar algo sencillo. La cama esta excelente y el baño bastante cómodo por su espacio. La ubicación del hotel es excelente pues está en el mero corazón de Toronto, cerca de todo y lejos de nada, pues tiene en la puerta de ingreso al hotel una estación del metro o subterráneo que te puede llevar a cualquier parte haciendo las respectivas transferencias, en verdad fue una experiencia muy agradable y a un muy buen precio, además de estar dentro de un edificio histórico de gran banco.

Es todo lo que puedas esperar de un cadena de hoteles y está muy bien. Está muy céntrico y nosotras fuimos andando a todo lo más visitado de la ciudad. Tiene parking en el mismo edificio y es muy cómodo (al contrario de otros aparcamientos subterráneos con bajadas/subidas estrechas). Es de pago pero un precio muy razonable (30 $canadienses por día) para estar en el centro. La habitación es muy amplia, con dos camas dobles, y muy completa. En la habitación hay cafetera (con café y azúcar de cortesía) y nevera. El desayuno es bastante completo, con dulce y salado. La verdad que estuvo todo bastante bien.

Nuestra habitación estaba frente al aeropuerto y los niños estaban más felices de ver que entonces la televisión (gracias!) UUsuario invitadoLa ubicación es excelente casi en la cima de la Arena Scotiabank, a pie muy cerca del puerto, la estación de la Unión, la Torre CN y muchos restaurantes. El hotel dispone de una tienda de gran magazzino muy bien almacenada, incluyendo una farmacia y un Starbucks. El hotel es moderno y limpio. Nos encantaba nuestra habitación que se ocupaba de todas las acciones que entraban/salen de la Arena Scotiabank. El hotel tiene un tema escandinavo con algunas características de madera. Negativos: podría utilizar más barras de toallas, nuestra habitación no estaba servida en nuestra primera estancia nocturna, tomó mucho tiempo para conseguir toallas de reemplazo; no ofreció crédito al desayuno como acordado, así que tuvimos que contactar con ellos cuando llegamos a casa; El desayuno podría comenzar antes de las 8:00.

UUsuario invitadoLa habitación y la ubicación son muy buenas, pero el desayuno no es buffet, debes pedirlo tú mismo, lo cual es doloroso, difícil de entender y la comida se sirve muy lentamente. Especialmente no le pidas a un camarero que se parezca a ti que te atienda. Mala actitud, y tal vez no todas las comidas pedidas. El camarero indio fue reemplazado al día siguiente, la comida se sirvió más rápido y el servicio fue mejor.

UUsuario invitadoI recently stayed for two nights for a work event at the hotel and loved it. The hotel is beautiful and clean, while being a throw-back to a different era (like 1800s throwback). The room was large, clean, well appointed. The bar was great, with big comfortable chairs, exposed stone walls, and a welcoming atmosphere — and thank you Astrid for the great service and laughs. Would definitely stay again despite it not being downtown (but it’s right at a subway stop that takes you down the Bloor line, with lots of interesting places to hop off and explore).

UUsuario invitadoPossibly one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. However, I can’t give full 5 stars to Hotel St. Regis Toronto for reasons that I’ll explain later. On the subject of location, the Hotel St. Regis in Toronto is in a very fantastic location in downtown Toronto with many of the city’s main sights and attractions (CN Tower, St. Lawrence’s Market and Yonge-Dundas square) all within short walking distance from this hotel. Readily accessible through RideShare apps too. Regarding staff, they were super friendly and helpful, in our experience. We initially had some debit card issues at check-in and admittedly, we should have been better-prepared for the credit card culture in North America. Thankfully, St. Regis were very flexible and our debit card issues were eventually resolved. I’m truly impressed by how accommodating St. Regis are for those of us who are from places that very rarely use credit cards. The offer of complimentary water at check-in was also appreciated. The housekeeping team, especially the Filipinos, were very thorough, kept our suite spotless and respected guest privacy. And on check-out experience, this is where St. Regis Toronto loses points for me. The check-out process took way longer than what is typically expected especially for a 5-star location (should be ＜10 min but took about 30 min for us). Unfortunately, a bit of the little time we have left in Toronto was wasted. What’s also disappointing was this time, there was no offer of complimentary drinks (even tap water, which is free and generally safe to drink in Toronto) while we wait. Admittedly, the staff seemed overwhelmed and visibly stressed during the time we were trying to check-out but I hope the situation improves for the St. Regis Toronto team in the future. On the atmosphere, it was magnificent and luxurious. These two words came to mind when we first entered the lobby. The grandiose look of Hotel St. Regis in Toronto permeated the whole building, from the hallways to our suite. In terms of our room, we booked the Grand Suite which was on the 28th floor and the views from up there, especially at night, were phenomenal. Our suite was very spacious and generally had plenty of storage room. St. Regis Toronto also loses some points here when it comes to storage since we found that there was insufficient storage space for cold items and there was no freezer either. The heated floors and the walk-in shower were also fantastic. The accent wall, mood lighting, clever use of marble for the room design and chandeliers were wonderful touches too, contributing to the luxurious atmosphere of this hotel. The living area of the Grand Suite was our favourite area, especially at night. I’m going to mention the views from the Grand Suite again as they were truly spectacular. On the online engagement. at the time of writing, I found the low level of engagement by St. Regis Toronto with online reviewers here at Google disappointing. Cons - view was a empty parking garage, a bit noisy from hallway, just could hear doors closing loudly but our floor was still nice and quiet, and the make-up mirror was broken (so these were the only real cons) Pros - We loved it, Location is Fantastic, so close to Union Station 5 minute walk, close to Rogers Stadium, CN Tower, Aquarium & Harbourfront, we went for breakfast at the St Lawrence Market, a 20 second walk and then we also had a lovely 15 minute walk to the Distillery District. Staff were sooo friendly and accommodating! We only had one meal in the Cafe/Bistro, but it was great (Breakfast) and staff were sooo nice! Beds were comfy!!! Hotel and rooms were super clean! It really was a great place to stay, we will def stay there again!

Do note that they do not have electric kettle in the rooms, so do request for one if you need one. Slightly outside of downtown Toronto approx 20-30mins drive out, depending on traffic. Got the room at a great price during Black Friday, for non peak season!

La casa de baño está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. También decidimos no tocar la cocina porque el quemador estaba roto y no queríamos causar un incendio o algo así. En general, fue decente para una estancia de una noche, pero necesitan disparar al limpiador porque creo que es una fácil reparación ser un mejor lugar para permanecer.
