Me gusta este lugar. Personal muy atento en el restaurante para el desayuno, el almuerzo y la cena. Seguridad también siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La habitación estaba muy limpia. Lo único, arriba de la cama siempre puedes sentir el flujo de aire y no es bueno porque te puedes enfermar. No entiendo por qué fue un diseño ponerlo así. Y reservé el número con king size, lo conseguí, pero en la habitación para personas con discapacidad. Está bien, pero la puerta siempre se abre por completo y todos pueden ver tu habitación y tienes que esperar a que se cierre. Y… depósito. Cuando llegué al hotel no esperaba que tuviera que pagar un depósito de 200 dólares, es Dios que tenía una tarjeta y dinero extra. Porque no puedes pagar con tu teléfono.

Desde la llegada al hotel fuimos recibidos muy amablemente, la habitación esta super confortable, tanto en dimensiones como en mobiliario, la habitación cuenta con cocineta que es muy útil para una emergencia o preparar algo sencillo. La cama esta excelente y el baño bastante cómodo por su espacio. La ubicación del hotel es excelente pues está en el mero corazón de Toronto, cerca de todo y lejos de nada, pues tiene en la puerta de ingreso al hotel una estación del metro o subterráneo que te puede llevar a cualquier parte haciendo las respectivas transferencias, en verdad fue una experiencia muy agradable y a un muy buen precio, además de estar dentro de un edificio histórico de gran banco.

Es todo lo que puedas esperar de un cadena de hoteles y está muy bien. Está muy céntrico y nosotras fuimos andando a todo lo más visitado de la ciudad. Tiene parking en el mismo edificio y es muy cómodo (al contrario de otros aparcamientos subterráneos con bajadas/subidas estrechas). Es de pago pero un precio muy razonable (30 $canadienses por día) para estar en el centro. La habitación es muy amplia, con dos camas dobles, y muy completa. En la habitación hay cafetera (con café y azúcar de cortesía) y nevera. El desayuno es bastante completo, con dulce y salado. La verdad que estuvo todo bastante bien.

Stayed 2 nights to catch a baseball game! Cons - view was a empty parking garage, a bit noisy from hallway, just could hear doors closing loudly but our floor was still nice and quiet, and the make-up mirror was broken (so these were the only real cons) Pros - We loved it, Location is Fantastic, so close to Union Station 5 minute walk, close to Rogers Stadium, CN Tower, Aquarium & Harbourfront, we went for breakfast at the St Lawrence Market, a 20 second walk and then we also had a lovely 15 minute walk to the Distillery District. Staff were sooo friendly and accommodating! We only had one meal in the Cafe/Bistro, but it was great (Breakfast) and staff were sooo nice! Beds were comfy!!! Hotel and rooms were super clean! It really was a great place to stay, we will def stay there again!

Tuve una terrible experiencia desencadenada por Trip.com El 1 de junio de 2022 hice esta reserva, y inmediatamente Trip.com dedució el costo de mi tarjeta de crédito. Cuando llegué al hotel, me dijeron que la reserva existe, pero que trip.com no pagó la reserva, por lo que tuve que pagarla con mi tarjeta de crédito. Trtip.com prometió devolverme el dinero a mi tarjeta de crédito, sin embargo, hasta ahora no he recibido nada. Nos quedaríamos aquí otra vez, y recomendaríamos que cualquiera busque un hotel limpio y asequible cerca del aeropuerto. Nuestra habitación estaba frente al aeropuerto y los niños estaban más felices de ver que entonces la televisión (gracias!) Y vale la pena notar que estabamos cerca del ascensor, pero no era un problema de ruido en absoluto (como hemos experimentado en otros lugares en el pasado) (Nota Side, ¡Nos alegramos de que la temperatura de la habitación fuera coherente (y el sistema de refrigeración/calentamiento tranquilo!) Muy bien en todo el mundo!

El hotel es el mejor que es barato. El hotel dispone de servicio, precio por dinero, café de la harina caliente también en el hotel, y el tamaño de la habitación es grande y espacioso. El personal estaba amigable y feliz.

My sister stayed here for a night during Caribana weekend. She said it was really nice, everything was new and clean.

Great clean room and love the city view! Room is spacious. Nice firm bed. Bathroom is clean and spacious too! Do note that they do not have electric kettle in the rooms, so do request for one if you need one. Slightly outside of downtown Toronto approx 20-30mins drive out, depending on traffic. Got the room at a great price during Black Friday, for non peak season!

My wife and I recently spent three nights at the TownPlace Suites hotel in Markham, Ontario. We booked the room with our Bonvoy points, so I can’t comment on price. Markham is a suburb about 15 miles north of Toronto. We picked this location since it was near relatives we were visiting. It’s located on a fairly busy highway with various commercial businesses nearby. There is a Chinese restaurant (QJD Peking Duck), which we did not visit, on the first floor. The thirteen-story building actually holds two Marriott properties: Courtyard by Marriott on floors 2 - 8 and TownPlace on floors 9 - 14. The registration desk serves both hotels. The lobby has several areas for socializing. There also is a Bistro/Bar area. Conference rooms, a business center and a spa are off to the side. A fitness center and indoor pool are on the lower level. Wifi is free. Surprisingly, parking is not. Signs say that it costs $6 Canadian per day to park in the attached multi-level garage, but we apparently were not charged. Check-in was courteous and efficient. You need your keycard to access the elevator. TIP: There is no 13th floor; the elevator buttons go from 12 to 14! We were assigned room 915. TIP: the room was almost across the hall from the ice machine and one wall of the room directly abutted the elevator bank. While the noise was neglible, you might want to keep this in mind if you’re a very light sleeper. The room was clean and decorated in what I would call ikea style. It was like living in a studio apartment. A flat screen TV was on a two-drawer chest/dresser. A wall-mounted desk had overhead shelving, a vertical cupboard, desk chair and rollout table. The kitchen section had a sink, two-burner electric range top, coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher (!) and fairly large refrigerator. There were multiple cabinets and drawers filled with practically every kitchen item you’d need: pots, pans, dishes, flatware, soap, etc. And if they’re still something you might need, chances are you can get it from the front desk. (See pic.) A full-size closet contained an iron/ironing board. No sign of a safe. The sitting area contained a loveseat, ottoman and floor lamp. The king-size bed had five pillows. The bed was a little soft, but comfortable. It was flanked by nightstands and wall-mounted lamps with electric outlets. 
The bathroom was average-sized. The vanity had lots of counter space and several drawers. And a hair dryer. The shower was quite large, taking up about a third of the room. There was wall-mounted hand soap and hair/body wash (in the shower) by ALICE & Co+ botanicals. Shower pressure and temperature were fine. TIP: Don’t be alarmed when you flush the toilet - the sound is comparable to that generated by an airplane commode. Breakfast was included with the room and was served on the 14th floor. (Also requiring keycard access.) The offerings consisted of the usual combination of hot & cold items. Overall, we wer
