En primer lugar, mala actitud de servicio. Cuando me fui, las cosas de la recepción estaban jugando con el teléfono y me ignoraron. El personal de limpieza nos acusó de no limpiar la cama para que ella no pudiera hacer la cama. Lo entiendo, pero su actitud es mala. Yo fui ofendido.
Además, la alarma contra incendios sonó alrededor de las 12:30 am. Aunque es un tema inevitable, igual afectó nuestro descanso.
Por último, pero no menos importante, reservé por 4 noches. El hotel nos facilitó 2 botellas de agua el primer día. Luego nos cobraría el agua en el resto de los días. Estaba pensando que si ”algún día una verificación”, obtendría 8 botellas de agua gratis.

Es todo lo que puedas esperar de un cadena de hoteles y está muy bien. Está muy céntrico y nosotras fuimos andando a todo lo más visitado de la ciudad. Tiene parking en el mismo edificio y es muy cómodo (al contrario de otros aparcamientos subterráneos con bajadas/subidas estrechas). Es de pago pero un precio muy razonable (30 $canadienses por día) para estar en el centro. La habitación es muy amplia, con dos camas dobles, y muy completa. En la habitación hay cafetera (con café y azúcar de cortesía) y nevera. El desayuno es bastante completo, con dulce y salado. La verdad que estuvo todo bastante bien.

El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, muy cómodo y seguro. Con más de 1.000 habitaciones, el negocio va muy bien. La suite está totalmente equipada, incluso tiene cocina y balcón, y la higiene es buena. Las instalaciones no son las más modernas pero tampoco son antiguas. Son mucho mejores que muchos hoteles en las grandes ciudades de Norteamérica y superaron las expectativas. Near Korea town, Casa Loma Castle, University of Toronto's downtown campus, Royal Ontario Museum, Little Italy, High park and Ontario Lake. A variety of restaurants, banks, coffee shops, convenience stores, Dufferin mall and Galleria mall are located within walking distance.This is a basement apartment of a traditional home. The apartment has a fully stocked private kitchen, a dining area with living room. It has own private washroom, and a spacious bedroom. The bedroom has a doulbe size bed, plus a sofa bed in living room, one more singled sized bed could be added to the living room. Shampoo, body wash, bath towels and toothpaste included in the washroom. If you have any problem with your stay, you can easily reach me by phone or messages. I also reside in the rooms upstairs if you prefer to communicate in person. This is a basement unit, if you are over 6'2, you might feel confined.

Nuestra habitación estaba frente al aeropuerto y los niños estaban más felices de ver que entonces la televisión (gracias!) UUsuario invitadoLa ubicación es excelente casi en la cima de la Arena Scotiabank, a pie muy cerca del puerto, la estación de la Unión, la Torre CN y muchos restaurantes. El hotel dispone de una tienda de gran magazzino muy bien almacenada, incluyendo una farmacia y un Starbucks. El hotel es moderno y limpio. Nos encantaba nuestra habitación que se ocupaba de todas las acciones que entraban/salen de la Arena Scotiabank. El hotel tiene un tema escandinavo con algunas características de madera. Negativos: podría utilizar más barras de toallas, nuestra habitación no estaba servida en nuestra primera estancia nocturna, tomó mucho tiempo para conseguir toallas de reemplazo; no ofreció crédito al desayuno como acordado, así que tuvimos que contactar con ellos cuando llegamos a casa; El desayuno podría comenzar antes de las 8:00.

Especialmente no le pidas a un camarero que se parezca a ti que te atienda. Mala actitud, y tal vez no todas las comidas pedidas. El camarero indio fue reemplazado al día siguiente, la comida se sirvió más rápido y el servicio fue mejor.

Hay dos defectos: 535 el metro de esta habitación es demasiado alto, hay un metro por minuto, muy aburrido! La cantidad de agua en el baño es demasiado pequeña, muy mala. Así que si vuelve a ser así, no hay ninguna opción para 535 y habitaciones similares.

UUsuario invitadoI recently stayed for two nights for a work event at the hotel and loved it. The hotel is beautiful and clean, while being a throw-back to a different era (like 1800s throwback). The room was large, clean, well appointed. The bar was great, with big comfortable chairs, exposed stone walls, and a welcoming atmosphere — and thank you Astrid for the great service and laughs. Would definitely stay again despite it not being downtown (but it’s right at a subway stop that takes you down the Bloor line, with lots of interesting places to hop off and explore).

On the subject of location, the Hotel St. Regis in Toronto is in a very fantastic location in downtown Toronto with many of the city’s main sights and attractions (CN Tower, St. Lawrence’s Market and Yonge-Dundas square) all within short walking distance from this hotel. We initially had some debit card issues at check-in and admittedly, we should have been better-prepared for the credit card culture in North America. Thankfully, St. Regis were very flexible and our debit card issues were eventually resolved. I’m truly impressed by how accommodating St. Regis are for those of us who are from places that very rarely use credit cards. The offer of complimentary water at check-in was also appreciated. The housekeeping team, especially the Filipinos, were very thorough, kept our suite spotless and respected guest privacy. And on check-out experience, this is where St. Regis Toronto loses points for me. The check-out process took way longer than what is typically expected especially for a 5-star location (should be ＜10 min but took about 30 min for us). Unfortunately, a bit of the little time we have left in Toronto was wasted. What’s also disappointing was this time, there was no offer of complimentary drinks (even tap water, which is free and generally safe to drink in Toronto) while we wait. Admittedly, the staff seemed overwhelmed and visibly stressed during the time we were trying to check-out but I hope the situation improves for the St. Regis Toronto team in the future. On the atmosphere, it was magnificent and luxurious. These two words came to mind when we first entered the lobby. The grandiose look of Hotel St. Regis in Toronto permeated the whole building, from the hallways to our suite. In terms of our room, we booked the Grand Suite which was on the 28th floor and the views from up there, especially at night, were phenomenal. Our suite was very spacious and generally had plenty of storage room. St. Regis Toronto also loses some points here when it comes to storage since we found that there was insufficient storage space for cold items and there was no freezer either. The heated floors and the walk-in shower were also fantastic. The accent wall, mood lighting, clever use of marble for the room design and chandeliers were wonderful touches too, contributing to the luxurious atmosphere of this hotel. The living area of the Grand Suite was our favourite area, especially at night. I’m going to mention the views from the Grand Suite again as they were truly spectacular. On the online engagement. at the time of writing, I found the low level of engagement by St. Regis Toronto with online reviewers here at Google disappointing. Cons - view was a empty parking garage, a bit noisy from hallway, just could hear doors closing loudly but our floor was still nice and quiet, and the make-up mirror was broken (so these were the only real cons) Pros - We loved it, Location is Fantastic, so close to Union Station 5 minute walk, close to Rogers Stadium, CN Tower, Aquarium & Harbourfront, we went for breakfast at the St Lawrence Market, a 20 second walk and then we also had a lovely 15 minute walk to the Distillery District. Staff were sooo friendly and accommodating! We only had one meal in the Cafe/Bistro, but it was great (Breakfast) and staff were sooo nice! Beds were comfy!!! Hotel and rooms were super clean! It really was a great place to stay, we will def stay there again!

Al sur está Queen Fashion Street, al norte está Dundas Dining Street, al oeste está Spadina Chinatown, al este está el centro comercial Provincial City Hall Eaten Center y hay Ontario Art Gallery AGO, Ontario College of Art and Design OCAD al lado, y el parque puede ser alimentado con ardilla. Los administradores Lucy y Sam son muy amables y están dispuestos a ayudar en lo que sea. Nos hizo sentir como en casa aquí.

El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no es un lugar muy bonito, pero es un lugar muy limpio. La casa de baño está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. También decidimos no tocar la cocina porque el quemador estaba roto y no queríamos causar un incendio o algo así. En general, fue decente para una estancia de una noche, pero necesitan disparar al limpiador porque creo que es una fácil reparación ser un mejor lugar para permanecer.
