Enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay! A beautiful 3-bedroom house located right on Lake Ontario with a gorgeous lake-view and just steps away from the water - The sunsets are amazing!! Located right across from the Rough Hill Go Train station, this ideal location is near the beach, park, walking & biking trails, while being just a 30-minute train ride into the heart of Downtown Toronto. The house is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay, we look forward to hosting you :) Interaction with Guests: We make sure our guests enjoy a smooth check-in/checkout and I'm always available to help out & answer any questions - Just message me through the Airbnb chat, or give me a call anytime! The Neighborhood: Ideally located right near the beach, parks and lots of walking and biking trails. You'll also be close to shopping malls, University, the Toronto zoo and many other tourist attractions. Getting Around: Rough Hill Go Train station is literally right across the street and it takes around 30 minutes by Go train to get to Toronto downtown (costs around USD6). There's very convenient public transportation (TTC) that comes in front of the house 24/7. If you're driving, major Highway 401 is just a few minutes from the house. Other Things to Note: ** MESSAGE US TO SEE IF WE CAN ACCOMMODATE YOU AT A SPECIAL RATE - Sometimes we have gaps in the schedule that we need to fill! ** House Rules: ? Check in time is 3PM - 2AM (next day) ? No parties or events ? Not suitable for pets ? No smoking Please respect the property, the contents and the neighbours. We DO NOT ALLOW ANY PARTIES OR ANY OUTSIDE GUESTS aside from the ones registered to stay. We ask that you control the noise levels to be courteous of others and be sure to turn off any loud music by 11PM, as the law requires. No smoking in the house. No pets allowed. No drugs.
