Limpieza, amigable. Aunque la habitación es pequeña y es un baño público, hay un capuchón de agua en la habitación, además de lavarse y cómodo, puede ser completado en la habitación. Pobre relación costo-eficacia. No he tomado cuidado con una tarjeta de habitación y no nos ha pedido que gastemos dinero en compensación. Muchas gracias, el punto es completo. La ubicación es muy buena y las instalaciones cercanas a DT pueden llegar a pie.

El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay ningún tipo de cocina, ni ningún saco de té. Muy cómodo cama y televisión grande, pero sólo canales por cable, sería agradable proporcionar Netflix u otras aplicaciones de streaming.

Llegué a Toronto en Nochebuena este año y decidí quedarme en el Sheraton Toronto City Centre Hotel. La ubicación del hotel es bastante buena. Está a menos de 15 minutos a pie del animado Eaton Centre. restaurantes cerca de Eaton. Las famosas atracciones de Toronto, la Torre de Televisión, el Acuario y el Ayuntamiento se encuentran a poca distancia. Como hacía mal tiempo y había niebla, no pude subir a la Torre de Televisión para disfrutar de la vista. Un pequeño arrepentimiento. Nos alojamos por 4 días y 3 noches. Limpiaban la habitación todos los días y el desayuno era rico. Me quedaré aquí la próxima vez.

The entrance is NOT on Yonge street. But the location is excellent and the customer service is amazing. It’s not a new hotel but is clean and big. I didn’t get to use it, but there is a laundry room on the first floor and it’s free for the guests! I highly recommend this hotel.

Es todo lo que puedas esperar de un cadena de hoteles y está muy bien. Está muy céntrico y nosotras fuimos andando a todo lo más visitado de la ciudad. Tiene parking en el mismo edificio y es muy cómodo (al contrario de otros aparcamientos subterráneos con bajadas/subidas estrechas). Es de pago pero un precio muy razonable (30 $canadienses por día) para estar en el centro. La habitación es muy amplia, con dos camas dobles, y muy completa. En la habitación hay cafetera (con café y azúcar de cortesía) y nevera. El desayuno es bastante completo, con dulce y salado. La verdad que estuvo todo bastante bien.

Nos quedaríamos aquí otra vez, y recomendaríamos que cualquiera busque un hotel limpio y asequible cerca del aeropuerto. Nuestra habitación estaba frente al aeropuerto y los niños estaban más felices de ver que entonces la televisión (gracias!) Y vale la pena notar que estabamos cerca del ascensor, pero no era un problema de ruido en absoluto (como hemos experimentado en otros lugares en el pasado) (Nota Side, ¡Nos alegramos de que la temperatura de la habitación fuera coherente (y el sistema de refrigeración/calentamiento tranquilo!) Tuve una terrible experiencia desencadenada por Trip.com El 1 de junio de 2022 hice esta reserva, y inmediatamente Trip.com dedució el costo de mi tarjeta de crédito. Cuando llegué al hotel, me dijeron que la reserva existe, pero que trip.com no pagó la reserva, por lo que tuve que pagarla con mi tarjeta de crédito. Trtip.com prometió devolverme el dinero a mi tarjeta de crédito, sin embargo, hasta ahora no he recibido nada. My sister stayed here for a night during Caribana weekend. She said it was really nice, everything was new and clean.

I recently hosted a conference at the Gibson Ballroom and the staff were incredibly flexible and attentive. Catering was amazing and the event staff made sure our every need was taken care of. I worked with Cathy, Kimia, Alla, and Kuga, and they were all very kind and professional. Despite there being an issue with heating, the hotel made sure proper measures were put in place to solve this issue. The event was a huge success!

My wife and I recently spent three nights at the TownPlace Suites hotel in Markham, Ontario. We booked the room with our Bonvoy points, so I can’t comment on price. Markham is a suburb about 15 miles north of Toronto. We picked this location since it was near relatives we were visiting. It’s located on a fairly busy highway with various commercial businesses nearby. There is a Chinese restaurant (QJD Peking Duck), which we did not visit, on the first floor. The thirteen-story building actually holds two Marriott properties: Courtyard by Marriott on floors 2 - 8 and TownPlace on floors 9 - 14. The registration desk serves both hotels. The lobby has several areas for socializing. There also is a Bistro/Bar area. Conference rooms, a business center and a spa are off to the side. A fitness center and indoor pool are on the lower level. Wifi is free. Surprisingly, parking is not. Signs say that it costs $6 Canadian per day to park in the attached multi-level garage, but we apparently were not charged. Check-in was courteous and efficient. You need your keycard to access the elevator. TIP: There is no 13th floor; the elevator buttons go from 12 to 14! We were assigned room 915. TIP: the room was almost across the hall from the ice machine and one wall of the room directly abutted the elevator bank. While the noise was neglible, you might want to keep this in mind if you’re a very light sleeper. The room was clean and decorated in what I would call ikea style. It was like living in a studio apartment. A flat screen TV was on a two-drawer chest/dresser. A wall-mounted desk had overhead shelving, a vertical cupboard, desk chair and rollout table. The kitchen section had a sink, two-burner electric range top, coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher (!) and fairly large refrigerator. There were multiple cabinets and drawers filled with practically every kitchen item you’d need: pots, pans, dishes, flatware, soap, etc. And if they’re still something you might need, chances are you can get it from the front desk. (See pic.) A full-size closet contained an iron/ironing board. No sign of a safe. The sitting area contained a loveseat, ottoman and floor lamp. The king-size bed had five pillows. The bed was a little soft, but comfortable. It was flanked by nightstands and wall-mounted lamps with electric outlets. 
The bathroom was average-sized. The vanity had lots of counter space and several drawers. And a hair dryer. The shower was quite large, taking up about a third of the room. There was wall-mounted hand soap and hair/body wash (in the shower) by ALICE & Co+ botanicals. Shower pressure and temperature were fine. TIP: Don’t be alarmed when you flush the toilet - the sound is comparable to that generated by an airplane commode. Breakfast was included with the room and was served on the 14th floor.
