Fantastic staff. They are all very motivated doing their jobs apparently enjoying servicing customers. Special compliments to Deniz bey from the restaurant how he manages the team setting an example for his team. Needless to say special thanks to Azad Hanım and reception team who helped us to settle with a perfect check in as we arrived early. It is well worth the money we paid for. Thank you and hope to see you again soon.

Our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton was above our expectations. The sea view, the food, and the welcoming staff made it a very enjoyable stay. Special thanks to Cemre and Gizem at the Kids Club, as well as Deniz the yoga coach and Mouhssine, the operations manager, for always being kind and helpful throughout our stay. We’ll be happy to come back!

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Bodrum, Turkey and if I could give it 10 stars I would. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish, with every staff member going above and beyond. The hotel was spotless, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the setting was beautiful. The food was consistently delicious and of a very high standard. A special shout out to the hotel manager Mouhsinne (Momo) for running such a great team, and to Ahmet whose customer service really stood out. Overall, an amazing experience and a place I would happily return to every year.

Loved our stay for 2 nights. The service was much better than other hotels we have stayed at in Turkey. The little things matter like waitresses checking every time your drink looked low and providing another and arranging archery for our boys even though we missed the designated time. Yassine in the animation was awesome getting the dancing going and constantly smiling. Food was good for an all inclusive and plenty to eat whatever time of day. We used the tennis courts and basketball courts and table tennis. Views are lovely and smart jetty’s over the water for sun bathing and decent small beach. Pool and sun bathing area is nice and clean.

It was okay - the hotel looks new from a distance, but the facilities are worn out, especially at the beach and around the pool, where the loungers and chairs are quite old. The food is typical all-inclusive. Everything is sufficient, but nothing special. Overall too expensive for what you get.

Excellent hotel, every day cleaning, clean, lots of hangers, pleasant service in the restaurant, especially waiter Gökalp anticipates the wishes of guests. in the morning Americano and orange juice, at lunch and dinner wine) The restaurant has a good menu, lots of vegetables, olives, every day a different menu of meat and fish.

What an excellent hotel and it was very clean! The staff were very helpful and attentive. I will definitely come back here.
